About Kambria:
I specialize in mind-body health, mental health and substance abuse. I integrate yoga into the counseling process when appropriate. I believe that change is possible at every moment of every day, and use mindfulness in therapy to create this awareness. I help clients feel understood and supported to recognize their own inner strength to overcome challenges. I work to empathize and understand each client's unique perspective while also attending to the importance of familial and community relationships.

I specialize in adolescents and have experience assisting individuals on the autism spectrum.
