I called to order a sympathy arrangement. Montana was very sweet and courteous, She listened to what I wanted in the arrangement and made a beautiful basket of flowers with the flowers I asked for and it was delivered on time. I am very pleased with their work and service.

The Flower Bin Etc. absolutely exceeded my expectations for my wedding flowers. The staff were so friendly and professional. When meeting the first time, I showed pictures from Pinterest of ideas that I had and I think my flowers turned out even better. I also got to meet with them the week of my wedding to make sure I had everything I needed/wanted and was allowed to make some small changes. The prices were extremely reasonable. I chose to use The Flower Bin Etc. based on recommendations from friends, and have already recommended using this business to future brides in the area!

Absolutely love these ladies!!! I will never order flowers from anyone else in this area but them! I used to order from that big flower company that sends you coupons all the time, but when they deliver, absolute garbage. But these ladies!!!! Absolutely the best! Personally, I love to call them, give them my budget and let them take care of the rest, because I don't know flowers, and boy do they deliver! For half the price, they make designs that are better than the bigger companies! My Ma has never been happier with her flowers! Don't go anywhere else, give them a call and they'll take good care of you!

The Flower Bin did an outstanding job on florals for my wedding in June 2022. They were extremely pleasant to work with and even told me I could make changes up to 30 days prior to the big day. I had showed photos from my Pinterest board of what I wanted everything to look like and they absolutely exceeded my expectations, everything looked even better than I could have imagined!!! Everyone raved about how gorgeous the flower arrangements were and I’m just so thankful that I chose to work with Flower Bin. VERY reasonable prices as well. I even asked for some extra flowers and greenery for my photographers detail shots and they brought a whole bunch of extras!! Thank you so so much!!!

I have ordered from the flower bin several times over the years and they have never disappointed. My wife absolutely loved the dozen roses I sent today and they are brilliant and fresh. They were also able to deliver them at the requested time. They went out of their way and offer exceptional value. I can not speak highly enough of the great product and service they deliver.

The flowers for our wedding were perfect! Denise took our subtly nerdy Doctor Who and Harry Potter theme and ran with it! What we had was exactly what I envisioned and made our day beautiful. I'm thrilled to have supported a Belvidere business and would gladly point any bride toward the Flower Bin.

Stopped in on Saturday around 11 to see if they had any extra boutonnieres for my son for Prom, which they did not. They told me I could order one and they would make it and I could come back between 1 and 2 to pick it up. I said that would be fine and decide to look around the store for Mother's Day ideas. They have so many cute things there. As I was looking around the woman working, can't remember her name, told me if I wanted to stick around for about 15 minutes she could make the boutonniere for me while I waited. This was so unexpected and wonderful! It was perfect for my son and inexpensive. I will definitely go back, but I'll make sure I remember to order ahead if I need something

I really like the product selection and everyone is very helpful. The store has a very friendly vibe and great seasonal products.
