I received 3 arrangements from them on the same day. Some of the leafs were wilted and dead already. I was very disappointed for what my husband spent on them. However on the same day I received 3 dozen more from wvc flower delivery. They are my new go to florests. our daughter is getting married soon, I'm now convinced who I should use!!!!
I was horrible and came in last minute with vases for a wedding but Nakeyda was awesome in helping me. She really knew her stuff! I told her what colors I was looking for and she went into the cooler and picked out flowers, went back and came out with these! Omg! I love them and she really saved the day! I tell you, she really knows what she is talking about and is the friendliest person I’ve seen there. I’ve been in a few times before this and I Always remember her cause of how friendly she is and her nails are always cool!
Ordered a boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming and was SO excited that they had an option for a magnet! I made a really big deal about it when it ordered it. I pick it up today and there is no magnet, just the pins my nemesis!. I don't get an apology, just them showing me that the order sheet the girl did didn't have the magnet on it. I told them how hard it was for me last year to pin the boutonniere on, and I was told I could always Google it. She said next year they will be sure to get my order right, but I would NEVER go to a place again that can't even take a simple order for one item correctly.
The girls here are willing to help and make what you want as long as you communicate what you are looking for. They are not mind readers, don’t expect them to be! Great flowers made with real love!
Loved how easy it was to order! Flowers were beautiful and fresh, yet inexpensive. The delivery fees are $9, so add that to your price comparisons. They have a $10 option of daisy's, and a $19.99 option for the designers pick. Perfect for if you are in a hurry. Fast delivery was great. I got mine for someone who had suffered a loss, I ordered at almost midnight, and they were delivered at 8am the next morning. Perfect.
I want to give a special Thank You to Lisa from the West Valley location on 5600 W. She went above and beyond to help me fulfill a last minute funeral arrangement. She asked me if I would trust her to make me something because she was still in training, and I said absolutely. Let me just tell you the arrangement turned out amazing! Better then the picture on the website, Management give that girl a raise... She's worth every penny! Thank You, Tony G.

So helpful!! I went in for some VERY last minute sympathy flowers. I was not expecting much based on calling the number which routes to the Murray store btw. But the sweet lady behind the counter wowed me with customer service. She quickly swapped out some flowers in an existing bouquet and made a very beautiful set for for a funeral.
Went in to order Roses for anniversary for pick up the next day. Specifically said I needed them first thing at open, was told no problem we open at 8. Arrive the next morning at 8 and no one is at the store.. No one arrives until 8:15 and I am given the same flowers that were on display the day before, all they did was move them to the back cooler and not out front.. I asked about it and was told they were new roses which was a lie because I specifically marked the ribbon the day before.. Never again.
As a male who doesn't really have much of an eye for his flower arrangements, I appreciate flower places where I can go describe what I want in a main flower and then they put it together with all the little greenery and little tiny flowers to make it look nice. Here, the lady working just pointed at a walk in fridge and told me I could pick out a vase arrangement or pick out my own stuff to make a wrap. I didn't want a vase, and was planning on doing a wrap. Anyway, the wrap looks okay, they do arrange what you pick out into a wrap thing. As a man, and probably representative of most of the men I know, it's nice when the people who actually know what they are doing get the main idea from you and then make it look great.
