Wow- you guys knocked it out of the park today! The flowers were delivered promptly and they are gorgeous! Definitely will use you guys again thank you very much.
Ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife. Only 11 roses were delivered and even though I spelled my wife’s name over the phone when I ordered them, someone still managed to misspell it on the delivery card. The price was also $65.99 on their website but I was advised the price was much more when I placed the order. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. I will definitely not be using this business again.
Flower Town did an amazing job on my nieces happy bowl arrangement for class of 2020. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I live out of town and was concerned about ordering over the phone but every thing went smoothly. Cynthia was exceptional in describing what my options were and worked her artistic magic. May I also add. Flower Town was cheaper than other florists I called I will definitely order from here again. Very happy customer here.
I've used Flower Town of Salisbury a few times and their customer service and kindness is remarkable. Tracy the owner, couldn't be any sweeter to work with and Gene the designer did a great job with my mother's casket spray and most recently a vase arrangement for my pastor . I highly recommend them .
Gene, our fabulously talented floral designer at Flower Town, did an amazing job for our wedding. My wife gave him a budget and a general idea and he ran with it. To quote one of our guests when describing the transformation of our back yard to a wedding venue, "It looks magical" Thank you Gene and Flower Town of Salisbury!
Shout out to Flower Town of Salisbury for these two beautiful arrangements at a fair price.The lady at a different place was nice, but everything we wanted she had an issue with, and she made me feel weird because I wanted two matching stands. We tried switching it up, but again she kept making it seem difficult or impossible due to a silk flower shortage. It wasn't her inventory issue that made me not want to give her my business, it was her reluctancy to work with me. I thanked her for her time and left. We called Flower Town in Salisbury and asked if they had a silk flower shortage, and she said no. So, we drove there and we were greeted with kindness, and she was way more helpful with her inventory and my ideas. She wrote down what I wanted, and created exactly what she said she would!! I was so impressed when I walked in and saw them! Thank you Flower Town!
Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service that I received today. I called late in the day and Tracey went out of her way and delivered a lovely succulent plant to my sister who just had surgery. I will definitely be using you in the future. Excellent service!
Most amazing atmosphere and love the owner flowers are beautiful and fairly priced recommend for anybody. Even gave him my 5-year-old a free balloon.

Very pleased with my first order from FlowerTown! Flowers were even more beautiful than expected. I received a very polite phone call the day of delivery asking if I would approve a substitution since they were out of a flower needed for my arrangement which was no problem. The arrangement was delivered on time and recipient was very pleased with the order. I would highly recommend Flowertown and will be using them again!
