I ordered a bouquet at the last minute over the phone. My wife was worried that we had not specified the colour or flowers to be included in the bouquet. All I asked was it to be classic colours. We also ordered a boutonnière. We arrived early on-site on the pick up day asking to see the final product. We were blown away at the final product. It was perfect. Beautiful and perfect for the occasion That we had planned. Would highly recommend this florist. They know what they are doing. A+
Very impressed! I’m not local but needed to send some flowers for my mother in law’s birthday. Placed order via online late in the night for delivery the next day. They accommodate the recipients time for delivery. Mother in law was very pleased how fresh and beautiful the bouquet was and their customer service. I will definitely use them again.
Friendly staff and owner. Always has the most adorable succulents, I've bought three so far : Seem to have good deals and sales, especially around holidays for bouquets.

The flower I bought for sympathy is really elegant. After a brief talk, the florist helped me to make a change on the match. I was suprised and very satisfied. Wonderful design and reasonable price. I'd love to recommend this shop for everyone.
Beautiful bouquet which was delivered in great timing and just the perfect surprise for my family who loved the whole presentation. Great start to a nice atmosphere Christmas Eve!
Unfriendly service, overpriced, she just handed me the stems, no water, had to ask for them to be wrapped, yeah hard pass. I’m not one to write reviews but my experience was really disappointing. I recommend Pilcher’s or really anywhere else.
Hello, Called from Ontario to arrange for Mother's day flowers to be delivered. The staff over the phone were very professional. I even order the flowers same day around 11am and was delivered by 4pm. You guys are amazing! will be back soon! Thank you for helping me make Mothers day special for my mom.
I ordered this bouquet for my daughter on her birthday recently, she was very happy when she received it.. she sent me a picture as soon as she opened it. It was very pretty, The service was awesome, it was delivered to her work approximately 2 hours after I ordered it. If I were to order the same bouquet again I would order the deluxe as there were only 2 roses in this one.. I had thought looking at the photo there would be 3 but that is the middle choice. the deluxe gives 5, I think, overall my daughter was very happy and said it was very pretty so thats all good with me :
