WOW! I can NOT emphasize how fantastic our experience was. This location exceeded all of my expectations. I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday while I was working out-of-town. I ordered online around 7:30am since I am a procrastinator with the store opening at 8. Flowerama processed the order & had them delivered to our house in Pickerington before 11am. My wife was THRILLED with the arrangement! She especially enjoyed the lilacs included with roses & other springtime blooms. Everything turned out perfectly! I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all of the Reynoldsburg Flowerama staff!! You made me look like a hero!
An arrangement received as a gift did not hold up well at all. Returned to store and they apologized and gladly replaced. Appreciate the great customer service!
Extreamly disappointing. What I ordered is not what was ready for pickup. I ordered green carnations. They said they did not have any ready. They offered to spray them green. I agreed, but they look like watered down pea green. I felt embarrassed for asking for that was ordered. At least a little effort was made. We are both so disappointed.

Grateful for the expert help, beautiful arrangements, nice selection and on-time delivery of flowers for my mom's Celebration of Life at Franklin Park Conservatory. Prices are very reasonable and of all the arrangements I purchased, the one the floral designer created was the must beautiful. Parking is ample and it's such a joy and experience itself to walk into Flowerama. Thank you so much for contributing to our special day. Now the arrangements are being enjoyed by families at Kobacker House.
Bought a dozen roses plus some extra items on Valentine’s Day. Got them home and presented them to the wife and she discovered all of these spores on the fern leaves. I made several attempts to reach the manager today with no success. Beware of quality of the flowers here, I should have just gotten a $15 bundle from meijer instead of wasting $50 here on flowers you’re expecting to be well curated and cleaned up
I have been using this particular shop for over a decade. Katie has been my personal florist for years. She's insanely kind, creative, fun and always a pleasure to collaborate with. She brings all my visions to life only better. I have used her for all my special events, gifts, as well as making the arrangements for my salon. You won't be disappointed.
I was a first time customer today, and my lack of floral knowledge was evident. The team was so eager to help me and answered all my silly questions. The number of people there to help was amazing, and even a new employee, Ashley, went above and beyond to explain things to me. The flowers have not been delivered yet, but I have no doubt they will arrive as promised. The personal touch at Flowerama must be one of the many reasons they're so busy.Update: Flowers arrived by Jeff in an hour! Unreal. Thanks to the whole team! When I order flowers again in twenty years, I will use Flowerama!
They accidentally delivered me the wrong package so I called and talked to Jen. She was super nice and sent me out the right one same day and let me keep the old one. Really appreciate that and will continue to buy from them.
