We are a cash & carry, affordable Floral shop, with fun, whimsical outdoor trinkets and seasonal garden accessories. Our specialties include weddings on a budget, but not to be confused with low end product. All of our stock is grown in South America and California and treated with a special process for longevity and integrity. You won't find that with local grocers or discount big brick & mortar stores.

This place is AWESOME. I stopped in here last minute when my best friend passed away & they made up the most beautiful floral arrangement for us. & the price was so reasonable. They are such WONDERFUL people there. They really helped me out in a jam and I will never forget it. They will forever have my flower business. If you ever need flowers people, FLOWERAMA is the place to go !!! The have AWESOME flowers at GREAT prices . They'll treat you RIGHT !!!
I stop weekly if not more for a bouquet to bring to my favorite lady. I have been doing this for about 3 years. They are super sweet and accommodating. The flowers are always nice, and they won't let you leave with them if the flowers aren't perfect
I had Flowerama do my wedding flowers. I was a little skeptical about the quality with such low prices, but the quality of the flowers was actually wonderful. The pros: 1. Beautiful floral arrangements. Exactly what I hoped for. 2. The manager, Amanda was very nice and helpful. 3. EXCELLENT prices. The cons: 1. My brooch bouquet that I had them arrange was truly a disaster. I gave them bags of brooches to work with, but the bouquet was embarrassingly small... about 1/3 the size of my bridesmaids' bouquets. It was also falling apart by the middle of the wedding. They should have probably used a styrofoam ball to hold the brooches in place rather than just tying them together with wire. 2. They tried to charge my uncle who picked up the flowers for me, when I had already paid in advance. They did fix this mistake when I called later, though.
I was very impressed by my experience at Flowerama, very nice flowers at a great price. However, what really impressed me was the service, the florist was helpful but not pushy, and when I brought up a bouquet to purchase it, she started pulling off some petals to clean it up, and found one of the roses wasn't satisfactory, and so she threw out the bouquet, went in back, and picked out another for me. I was very much impressed by this all happening without any of my prompting, and me thinking I had picked out a nice looking bouquet. I will definitely be heading back if I have any other flower needs.
I have seen reviews for them that are either really good or really bad. Based on my experience, albeit one experience, I would probably go somewhere else next time, unless they reached out to me which I am sure they will not. Their options are very nice, so the good reviews are probably a reflection of that. However, it seems like if anything goes off course, the lack of service is noticeable and stated in the reviews. I ordered flowers for my wife for a holiday. Another reviewer said they gave the busy excuse on Valentine's Day, so they must have messed up on their order similar to my order on a holiday. By the way, the holiday explanation is always a terrible excuse. You should be organized and prepared for the holidays. Those are your biggest days so you should be ready for them anyway. The one mistake I made and admit was not including my apartment number on my shipping address, however I left my contact number on my order to contact me if they needed to clarify anything with my order. They instead contacted my wife, which it was a surprise for. Second mistake- I put comments on my order saying that she works overnights at a hospital, so please have them delivered between 4p-5:30pm, between the time she wakes up and the time she leaves for work. They contacted her between 2:30-3p, and woke her up saying they could not deliver them. Of course, she had no idea what the call was about and they should have called me. Third mistake- they sent me an e-mail confirmation at that same time, saying it was successfully delivered. All of this could have been avoided by simply calling the me and asking for the apartment number, and also by paying attention to the comments. If the requests in the order cannot be accommodated, the customer needs to be contacted about an alternative solution, rather than just forcing the delivery through and banking on the customer not noticing or saying anything, just because you are busy. The big question is, do they hold their workers accountable, and also learn from mistakes? Or do they simply carry on and let the same problems with other customers happen?
If I could give no stars and still write a review then I would...I went to pick my flowers up for my wedding to find out they were the wrong color. I asked for orange gerbera daisies and received mostly red gerbera daisies. My wedding colors were orange and purple. My bouquet had the correct color of daisies and the groom's and groomsmen boutonnieres were correct. However, all of the bridesmaid's bouquets were red. I asked the girl working, Ashley, to call the manager, whom was at home, and she did. While on the phone I asked why my flowers were not correct the manager stated "Amanda left us high and dry". I then asked again why my flowers were not correct when the had my order form and everything said orange. She then stated "I have been sick and haven't been there to oversee anything" I then asked what they were going to do to fix this huge mistake. I was very upset at this point as my wedding was in two hours and not only were the bouquets the wrong colors, but the bouquets and the boutonnieres did not even match and one of the 7 boutonnieres was already withering. I then asked for a refund and was told I had two options: 1 I could have half of my money back and take the flowers as is or 2 I could take a whole refund and leave without any flowers. I chose option 1 with it being 2 hours before my wedding and having no other options for flowers by then. I was then told that since I had paid cash that they would have to cut me a check. I refused a check and stated I wanted cash as I paid cash. And due to how rude the managers/owners were being I was afraid to take a check from them or wait on a check from them. I was then told I needed to wait an hour for the manager to drive there from home to bring cash. I chose to wait. While waiting 2 police cars came flying into the parking lot and 2 officers came into the store, because they had a call about a disturbance at that location. When I and their employee explained what was going on they left laughing. I never threatened them, their employee, or their store. I just wanted a huge problem fixed. During all this time I was told "you are trying to take advantage of a mistake", "no one will notice, just take your flowers", and "I feel sorry for the person that is marrying you." This all on my wedding day. Thanks Flowerama for making my day memorable.
I ordered flowers on Feb 11 for my mom as a surprise for Valentine's day. I asked them to be delivered to her work which is in town on Feb 13 by 3PM because she gets off work at 4PM. It was 4PM and they never showed up. I called Flowerama and they told me "we were told not to deliver them before 3PM." Why would that have been my request?! They left to deliver the the flowers when I called and obviously showed up to her work after 4PM when she had already left. They didn't call me back to tell me that they missed her before she left, instead they called her ruining the surprise and now she has to go back to flowerama and pick them up. This was my first time ordering flowers through Flowerama and it will be the last!
Amazing florist shop! They allowed me to place a last minute order and had it ready in 1 hour! The florist was extremely friendly, offered advise on arrangements, it was a pleasant experience in everyway! Thank you !
I went in there at the last minute for flowers for Thanksgiving. Jeanie was so kind and helpful and sold me a beautiful pumpkin filled with fall flowers for my centerpiece. It was gorgeous and I so much appreciated her help. I received lots of compliments on it, and it made my table on Thanksgiving. So grateful!!!!
