Flowers by Pat

My daughter recently moved to Massillon Ohio so I looked for a local florist to send her flowers. I came across Flowers by Pat that had good reviews and called them. I spoke to lady named Robin who was very helpful and very nice and kind! She answered all of my questions and offered to send me a picture of the finished product before it was sent out. She did and it was done as pictured. I was very happy and so with my daughter! I will definitely use Flowers by Pat again and refer them to others. Thank you again Robin and Pat!

Ordered flowers for an employee. They were beautiful and she loves them. The florists are truly artists, and I highly recommend Flowers by Pat. Great job! I also treated myself to a little something as well.

Everyone was kind and courteous and very accommodating. My disappointment with this company is that I ordered and paid for Large Sunflowers…There wasn’t one in the funeral spray. They had replaced the beautiful sunflowers I ordered with small brown eyed Susan’s. It was my Pastor’s funeral… I wanted the sunflowers I ordered and paid for. If they were out of stock, they did not allow me to make another choice.

From start to finish absolutely wonderful experience. They did a custom arrangement for me, one of the most adorable things ever!. I wanted to put a smile on my mother in law's face and cause everyone who saw her flowers make a fuss, above and beyond mission accomplished !!!!! Thank you so much for all your efforts!!

Flowers by Pat is my FAVORITE florist. The arrangements are GORGEOUS, fit in my budget, are delivered on time, and receive compliments from the recipients. I especially love how the team sends me a photo of the arrangement before it gets delivered so I know exactly what it looks like. They are locally owned and the absolute best!

I've used flowers by Pat 3 times now and they always do a wonderful job! The planters are always beautiful and reasonably priced. They're always on time. I will continue to use them in the future. Feel safe knowing your flowers or plants will get there on time.

What an asset to the community! Mike and Co are some of the best in the business! You name it....from Home Comings, Mothers Day, Funerals, I'm Sorry, Just because and everything in between they have you covered! Not just your usual selections either! These guys take the time and effort to customize even the smallest of arrangements for your special occassion!

What a fantastic shop with the best customer service I have ever received. Used their site to order an arrangement I needed. It was quick easy and painless to order. A few minutes later I got a call to further discuss my order. They had suggestions on how to make it even better and wanted my input. Later they even texted me pictures of their creation. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so because of the steller experinece.

I was planning my father's Celebration of Life memorial service and went to Flowers by Pat to get the arrangements. I had no idea what I wanted. They were very helpful, friendly and caring. They gave me a few suggestions, and I gave them full reign to do what they thought best. I was not disappointed. The arrangements were beautiful. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Order by phone from Texas.They were very thorough with descriptions of arrangements. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. I ordered twice this year. What they sent to my cousin was a beautiful bouquet of ballons and then a pick up planter full of artificial flowers. I will always use their business.
