I ordered this bouquet for my wife. The photo online when I ordered them was nice but nothing too crazy. But the photo my wife sent to me when they were delivered was 100 times better than the stock photo online. Way impressed with the actual bouquet that was delivered. Definitely will be back for business.

I ordered flowers from out of state to celebrate an accomplishment for my sister. The ordering process was super easy, the flowers were delivered within a couple hours. Since then, my sister has remarked on the high quality of his flowers and the aroma. Great service! Great product! Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Flowers by Patti. And let me just say they didn't disappoint.  From the order over the phone, to the prompt delivery and the absolutely beautiful arrangement, made Mother's Day super special for my Mom! I live in Savannah GA and I wanted to use a local florist to surprise my mom in Reno! Thank you for all your help! I will be using you again!

Ordering process was easy, and delivery was lightening fast.  The woman working there got into cahoots with the recipient's daughter to make sure the timing and presentation was perfect.  The bouquet received looked EXACTLY like the picture on the website.  I have only good things to say about this experience.  Thank you Flowers by Patti.  You helped bring some real brightness for a recovering surgical patient!

Cathy was extremely helpful with my Same Day Delivery! It was my mothers 83rd birthday and she lives in Reno,NV. I live in Illinois. I called Flowers by Patti directly and spoke to Cathy. She was a pleasure to work with. She is a kind and compassionate person who was confident that my order was going to be delivered in a timely manner and it was! Cathy made sure that someone was going to be there to receive them as it was 90 degrees and she did not want the flowers to wilt. The bouquet was big, beautiful and made my mothers birthday that much nicer! Thank You to Cathy and her team! I highly recommend this florist!!!!

I really loved the personal touch that Flowers by Patti provided me. When the address I inputted for delivery was outside of their range, I was given a personal phone call with a lovely and extremely helpful woman to guide me through my options thanks Naomi!. She was able to redirect the delivery within an hour to a business address so that the flowers were still delivered on time.

Ordered online this month. Delivery was on time for the next day as scheduled. Flowers were delivered to my sister for her birthday. My sister loved the arrangement. Have used Flower's by Patti several times over the years. Highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service provided; not only by those in the shop, who made a beautiful floral arrangement,  but by the delivery driver.  The driver was extremely conscientious in ensuring that the recipients of the flowers were home as it was too hot to leave the flowers on the porch.  She called and texted several times and made a return to the area once she knew they were home to receive them.  Grateful customer!

Every  time we order flowers from Flowers by Patti they arrive beautifully arranged and as fresh as one could possibly hope for.  We  have tried other online florists and local ones too. Flowers by Patti is our best experience by far.
