Although my original delivery was a little rocky, there is no way I can say anything bad about the result! Twilight florist met my every expectation, not only with their professionalism, but with their quality product. I personally would recommend this establishment. Thank you Twilight.
Writing to amend the review I previously wrote over a year ago under the alias “J Thomps.” I recently paid a visit to this florist to have some flowers prepared to visit my mother’s grave for Palm Sunday. The customer service was much improved, and I also believe that the woman I had my prior experience with has moved on to another place. The current staff there are remarkable at what they do and make the experience of getting a bouquet friendly, helpful, and worthwhile. Please disregard my prior review, they are a great florist and it was truly a worthwhile trip.
Ordered an arrangement I found on Twilights website, I have done this many times before using other florists but the arrangements never looked like what they should of. So I decided to call Twilight Florist first to ask how close my arrangement would look compared to the pic. I was surprised to hear they had the vase it was listed as a new arrangementand was told up front what flowers they did have and what flowers they would be substituting for the ones they didn’t. I had specific requests which I was told was no problem and hung up the phone with my fingers crossed. I just received a pic and a beautiful thank you from the recipient that it brightened her day which meant so much to me. The arrangement looked better than the pic online! It’s vibrant, full, fresh and all my requests were honored. Just as I had hoped, beautiful!Twilight Florist was easy to work with , reasonable and now for me, trusted. From the bottom of my heart...... Thank you!!!!!!
My go to florist!!! The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have arrangements already made up which are beautiful but I always pay more and have them add some special flowers. Prices are always reasonable and even if they weren’t I have no problem supporting a local mom and pop business. I highly recommend.
I’ve been going to the Twilight florist for years to get flowers to bring to my moms grave and was always treated respectfully and with kindness. However, today was not a good experience at all and I will be ending my business with them. Went there at about 9a/10a on a Saturday. The woman who arranged the bouquet just haphazardly put it together. She put the bow in the wrong place, and when I asked her to add more foliage and greenery around the flowers to make it look nice, she scoffed that I basically pay for what I get even though I would have paid extra to make the bouquet look nice! She didn’t look me in the eye as she spoke to me, and was clearly agitated that I asked her to do her job as her checked me out. She didn’t even give me the cardboard stand they usually provide when transporting the flowers in the car. Very unpleasant and did not want to go back inside because I was done at that point. She came off as very condescending and was unhelpful. The bouquet she provided looked like something I could’ve done myself at home, and that’s not the service I’m accustomed to there. They appear to have gotten all-new staff that lack customer service skills. I will not be returning. Very disappointed with my experience there. I will be looking for another florist.
My husband and son got me flowers for my birthday, which is the day before Valentines Day. The worst arrangements I've ever received. The flowers were dying the very next day, didn't get any plant food with them and the roses never opened. I would never go to them for anything again.
My sister sent me flowers and it was supposed to come with a mylar balloon I live exactly 3 minutes from the florist she called up and they were very nasty to her they asked if she wanted a refund she says no I want the balloon delivered their response was no we don't deliver add-ons first of all they messed up the order and didn't even try to rectify it it wasn't like they had to go 5 miles out of their way to bring me the balloon for my birthday will never ever ever do business with them again I gave them a lot of business and this is the way they treat customers no thank you I'll go across the street that's a better florist anyway
Ordered from Florida just yesterday and a beautiful boutique, balloon and chocolates were delivered for my sisters 60th birthday which she was celebrating in Hopewell Junction on Christmas Eve. Great communication. I would recommend
I have used Twightlight for over 30 years and my most recent transactions have been well below expectations and are getting less to the point I will no longer do business with them. Their staff is rude and the quality of the product is old and withered. The container the flowers came in was cracked and leaked all over. Flowers used to last at least a week. They are now dead in a couple of days. Prices have gone up and quality is dropping. We will not do business with Twilight again.
Don't do business with this guy. He is rude and doesn't stand behind his product. He couldn't hear me, lectured me to speak up, and then hollered to someone to "Turn it down". He put me on Hold for about three minutes and continued to berate me when he came back, told me to write a bad review if I felt like it, and hung up on me. Go to Sabellico's which is nearby as they are super to do business with and have great product.
