Horrible service in my opinion I would never order anything from them again even if there the last shop open! I placed an order for 2 bouquets of flowers for my wife 2days ago for her to receive today valentines day between hours of 8am to 10am they assured me she will have them within them hours only because I knew she got off work at 12p. I called the business to make sure there still going to be there within them hours, again they assured me everything was going as planned. My wife left work at 1pm came home wit nothing I asked her about the flowers, she said she never received them we had to drive all da way back to her job bc they arrived at 3:48pm .. I called the business spoke to a rude unprofessional lady and her reply was "ok what do you want me to do" I asked her how was she goin to accommodate this problem she said "just bring them back then" I asked her whose above her she replied "im the highest it goes" She needs to take a class on how to run a business and get lessons on customer service skills she was rude snotty and a know it all no apology no nothing! Never again will I EVER order from here! Only reason I gave them a 1 star was because ZERO wasnt an option!
Always elegant floral arrangements, creative designs, staff Mark, Naomi,Larry goes above and beyond for the customer, beautiful selection of flowers and gifts if they don't have it in stock, they Will get it for you!. Highly recommend them for every occasion!!
I ordered flowers for Easter and the staff was very helpful , the center piece was stunning , every one commented on hoe beautiful it was the smell and vibrant colors made Easter Dinner even more special and the people treat you like family they have my business from now on
Because 0 was not an option, I gave them 1! Argued with me and said flowers were delivered to my daughter when they were not, argued with me, called me a liar, and hung up on me!
Very courteous and fast delivery. Was helpful in interpreting what I was looking to order. The spelling and penmanship on the card could use some improvement.
Did not show up in the time they said they were. Never answered the phone or called back. 0 customer service. Good luck if you order from here
