Best experience with a florist I've had to date. Ordered the "Tis My Cup Of Tea" bouquet in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 27, and they were put together beautifully and arrived promptly the same day. Pictures of the actual bouquet were even prettier than the picture on the website. $39.99 total, including delivery, for a decent size bouquet? Can't beat that. I also like the email update informing me of delivery. A text update option for customers to choose would be a good improvement. I have easy access to my email, but maybe not everyone has an email provider that is easy to access away from home.
The flowers for my wedding were beautiful not quite the color we had spoken about. The gal I dealt with was sweet but we had to go over the order several times like it was the first time. The worst part of my experience was being called the Monday before my Friday wedding and being told I needed to purchase the ribbon to for the bouquets and pins. We had asked if we needed to provide the ribbon and were told it was included. We had provided samples of the colors needed about six months prior. So for the days up to my wedding along with the last minute tasks and finishing up my work I'm racing around unsure of what types/sizes ribbon is needed for flowers. They were closing which we found out 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The flowers were paid in full and we should have received a discount for doing what was included in their services. The day approached and the flowers were beautiful even if they didn't match. The dahlias were a deep red rather than a pink. Worst yet was the cranky demeanor of the woman delivering the flowers. It made sense why they didn't make it.
I went to give this florist a try. They have an Amazing selection of flowers and even had some really neat,exotic tropical flowers. The new owner was really nice and great to work with. Very happy will shop here again.
I have been a flower shopper for years. I get all my flowers here! They are the best florists ever period
