Easily booked an appointment online. Facility was easy to fond and parking provided. Jenny was awesome and did great, managed to get a solid 9” off and Jenny even helped my indecisiveness with curtain bangs! They turned out great and have gotten lots of compliments. Really bad management. Don't go to this shop. Everytime I come to an appointment they are always late and always in a bad mood. I made an appointment for an important event and they told me they couldn't cut my hair I need a special barber when all I ask is for the same haircut every single time. They are just not professional. Janee is always in a bad mood as well. Update: went to the encino one 20 minutes after this review. Asked for the same haircut as I did the Topanga one, which is just a normal f$&king haircut, and they did a great job. Everyone was friendly and nice. Won’t be going back to the Topanga location ever.
Lacy at the Woodland Hills location is phenomenal. While I’m trying to hyperbole, it is not hyperbolic to say this is the best haircut I’ve had. She paid attention to detail, and it felt a whole lot like I was in a man’s day, spa whatever that is.Service: Scissor cut
SHOOK!! I worked at Venice and mar vista Floyd’s a decade ago and liked it except for the bad overall vibe- I won’t get into it because bottom line is I LOVE this location!! My gf needed a haircut and was treated rudely elsewhere so I insisted… I’ll pay the difference in price if we can try this Floyd’s Near us. The service was great, shop was spotless w a perfect work flow for a Friday afternoon and the energies working together were so bright today. Being a cosmetologist that’s not in the industry anymore… you know I haven’t gotten my hair done outside of my home in YEARS but I’m definitely coming here asap for a quality cut too. I’m excited we tried this location.
I showed up to my appointment which I scheduled a week in advance, and they turned me away. I was told that they put me down for the wrong type of haircut and that they wouldn't have enough time for me. I just needed a trim, nothing crazy. The mistake is one thing, but they were entirely unapologetic and unwilling to do anything to accommodate me. I've been coming here for years and the staff has always been apathetic, rude and incompetent. The stylists have been decent though. I will never come back here and I do not recommend them.Services: Hair shape up
I booked an appointment for my dad for classic shave and Shampoo and massage . As I booked this service shows on the website is classic straight razor face shave,include hot lather neck and steamed towels…but the service my dad recieved was just shaving with machi-electric shaver and was not clean without steamed towels and nothing. And also he recieved very unprofessional shampoo the way he was not comfortable and was ahead to have fall. After I made a claim ,the lady at the front desk, said we are so busy and don’t have time to do that…if you want to recieve straight razor shave you have to book another services!!!! We were so disappointed with the service .
Cindy is wonderful at her profession and engages in intelligent and thoughtful conversation. I look forward to our visits and walk out with a smile and great cut.Services: Eyebrow trimming
My experience at Floyd's in woodlandhills was not the best. The stylist that I went to was fairly blase. Ultimately my cut was fine, not amazing but fine. I don't know if I would go back here.
James did a great job! I would definitely go back. I gave James very little direction and told him to use his professional judgement, and he did a great job.
Great place and friendly. My kids love getting haircuts here. Easy to make appointments.Service: Head shave
