Pros: good availability, pricing is fair, convenient location with parking. Interesting atmosphere but feels relaxed. Cons: haircut was near closing and felt rushed and no attention to detail. I pointed out that my hairdresser missed cutting hair around my ears which they agreed with and then fixed it.
Shana S is an excellent hair stylist. She gave me the perfect haircut today. She has a great personality, outgoing, and is great at giving me the haircut I wanted. Most hair stylist get intimidated by my hair since it's thick & coarse. But Shana was a pro and gave me the best haircut I've had in a long, long time. I will definitely be a repeat customer with Shana.Services: Custom cut
Like any barbershop your experience will depend on which barber you get. Overall I've been satisfied with the cuts and they try to keep the place interesting with the decorations. I also like that you can get a reservation online though I'd add that it's also worth calling if you don't see a time that works for you.
Excellent job of checking each step along the way before too much of the hair was gone to undo. Versatility in style with adept input / suggestions. Followed the style concept through to perfection, have had several random people compliment my haircut since in public. Comfortable atmosphere and easy going staff makes for an excellent experience.
This place is great for all ages, my partners son started going. Then I decided to try Savannah,is awesome as is the rest of the staff. They are very friendly efficient in the atmosphere there is great the music is great they make it fun to come in and get your hair cut. There is no judging you can be yourself. My barber listened to what I was asking for. She answered my questions and help give me ideas based on how I was wanting my hair cut and styled. She was very thorough and always asked if I was happy with the results. Very professional and friendly.
Made an appointment the day before online and had a screenshot of the confirmation. When I got there someone had cancelled the appointment and they were completely full for the night. Nothing like driving from Lowell to Woburn during rush hour just for fun.
Absolutely not the place to go to for a haircut because the staff are all stylist, so right from the start it was misleading . I'm a guy with braids that only wanted the sides shaved. I was polite even tho the haircut wasn't good at all, as well as my beard and mustache couldn't be professionally done because my barber isnt a barber. I couldn't believe to see they charged my card after for 70 dollars ! Also charged me 40 for a shampoo only on the side of my head!?. They charge you as if they are some high profile barbershop but couldn't professionally line me up. Why would the app give me a stylist and not a barber!?Service: Haircut
Ryan did my hair when I went in and did a remarkable job my girl especially loved it I loved that I just gave basic info to what I wanted and Ryan blew it out of the water
