The audio quality you get from their products is unmatched for the price. I own an FI70 music system and I absolutely love the speaker. After having issues with getting the speaker repaired Fluance let me bring it in for repair at no charge. I had a good experience with their customer support. Shout out to Brent who went above and beyond .I would recommend this company.
I bought a set of AV5 speakers and a speaker dock music system for my iPod from Fluance approximately 5 years ago. Both items have great, robust, clean sound for such small speakers! Their products have excellent sound quality, high technology, are made of engineered wood and are reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of products and accessories. They’re manufactured in Canada, offer free shipping on all orders, provide excellent customer service/tech support by phone not by email and at no charge and with employees who are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with both of the items I purchased and haven’t had any issues with either one. I highly recommend their products and so do lots of the industry professionals like CNET for example. Consider Fluance for your next home audio purchase, you'll be glad you did!
Are you here reading reviews wondering if you should purchase a Fluance turntable? Stop. Your search is over. Not only do they make incredible turntables that are amazing quality, their customer support is beyond remarkable. These guys make a quality product that they stand by. I will never ever purchase anything audio related from any other company.
I purchased the RT81 turntable and cork platter mat in October 2020 and could not be happier with my purchase. I did a lot of research on turntables before my purchase; the RT81 met my requirements and more. Set up at home was easy -- I appreciate their YouTube videos The sound is great. As a bonus, this turntable looks beautiful, too. The shipping was fast and customer service was always there to answer my questions, even after purchase. Shout-out to Brent! I'm very happy I went with Fluance.
I got a great turntable RT85 and set of speakers Ai60 from Fluance. Fluance's products are very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. I had a small issue with a power brick, but the problem was efficiently and painlessly taken care of by Julie in Customer Support. It's good to know Fluance stands by their products and is eager to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.
Purchased an RT85 turntable from them. Had a problem with a cable. They replaced it promptly. Their service is outstanding. I would recommend their products to anyone. The turntable quality and sound is fantastic!
Bought an RT81 for our house in Feb, worked well until mid March when we noticed that the stylus was bent. When I called customer service they asked if we had used the turntable. Yes. They said that most likely we had set it up incorrectly and that they could send us info about the proper way to do this. You mean the same info that was in the manual ... yes. I asked about the possibility of the stylus being defective and was told no it was definitely us who caused this.Then I was offered a 5% discount towards a new stylus. Wow a whole 5% I couldn't possibly pass this offer up. It's 2021 customer service should be a priority, guess not with this Canadian company.
Decent budget self-powered speakers that perform better than sound bars and under passive speakers at the same price point. The customer service is pretty bad for an internet direct company. Literary a week before a reply was received, and even then there was no real research into my inquiry and I received a boiler plate reply. The kicker was that the email had in the body of the message, "At Fluance, we have an unwavering commitment to our customers to offer the best experience possible..." That can't be a tagline; it needs to be something you self audit to see how you are doing on that front with measurable performance standards.
Rt 85 and Ai 60s are both excellent products. Great quality . Great price. Had a minor issue and support was excellent to work with and resolved the issue.
