On vacation went in the store and was charged twice asked for a refund and Brandon the manager told me I had to wait for my bank to give me my money back he don’t do refunds when my bank told me the transaction was complete and they had to refund it… poor customer service and communication

Terrible customer service. Ordered a keg 2 weeks before our wedding and was quoted at $126 by Terry. My husband went to pick up the keg the day before our wedding and was charges $169. When he mentioned that we were quoted at $126 by Terry and ordered the keg at that price he was told she was not able to be reached and they raised prices the week before. The associate he spoke to was not helpful in resolving our issue and charged him the higher price. Upon returning the keg for our deposit Terry still was not able to be reached to resolve the issue and refund us our difference, instead I received a very rude phone call by the associate helping my husband trying to give me some elaborate story of how they called and left messages for people regarding the prices going up. I informed him that I received no such call or message, he then told me some people didn't answer or have service. I again informed him that we received no call or message, he then stated that they only made it halfway through the list...really now your changing your story!!?? This is not how you conduct a business, the rise in price is not the customer's problem, we were quoted at a price and ordered our keg at that price, a good company would eat the difference in price for any orders placed before that price increase. Only did I go to you all instead of Cache liquor because your price was better, never will I make that mistake again and have already informed everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. FYI everyone reading this, Cache Liquor will price match competitor prices go there, wish I would have known that before ordering with such a shady company.

Awesome store. The staff and owner are always friendly and will help you find anything they might have. I never would have imagined a little quick stop to have such an awesome cigar selection. This convenient store has a full walk-in humidor. The cigar prices and selection are better than other cigar stores in town.

So i left a pack of lucky strikes at the counter after i made my purchased and rushed myself out the door to get to work. The nice lady at the counter held on to them for me and not only that she's sweet enough to recognize my wife and gave them to her i will b returning there as a regular customer and hope to hear she got a raise for being the best thanks

Went in to get a refill in a cup, and they wanted to charge me for two 32oz drinks, told them i wasnt paying that amount for a refill and left since i was told to talk to the other guy behind the counter as if it was up to him. I say poor customer service all around for a basic refill. Not just cause of the price. Will i go back, yeah when they get rid of whatever idiot that gets to decide what theyre going to charge at that giving moment and set a price that makes since for a refill. Gunts

Good selection of products..with down to earth , yet professional staff. What else could you ask for from your local neighborhood Quick Stop ? Open later ? Yeah. ..maybe one day.

This place sells expired beer. Just had to take my beer back. Would not exchange beer only offered refund. The marquee should say expired beer!! Horrible would never go back to the store again

My question is WHY this store always close before 11pm? You should change your hours if you always going to close 25 mins before your closing hours
