Refreshed equipment and layout. A lot of new features. Plenty of trampolines and various stations to choose from. Plenty of party rooms if you want to throw a party. You can order your own food and have it catered in. Zip line, Dodge ball, slam dunk, and more. We bring our kids here fairly often and use it as the go to birthday party location.
I had a wonderful time at the party!!! I don’t know what these new reviews are about, but I had the best staff! They made it so easy and stress free! We have absolutely no complaints, we had a BLAST!! We will definitely be back. Fly High trampoline park is so AWESOME! 10/10 recommend booking a party with them!
Our kids had a blast!!! The layout is spacious. They have an area for kids under 42 inches which includes slides, ball pits and climbing. They have dodgeball, basketball, high performance tramps and more. They have concessions with a variety of pretzels, pizza and hotdogs. They also have arcade games as well. Staff were friendly and seemed to Enjoy giving tips on certain tricks to jumpers and enjoy engaging with the customers. Establishment was clean and had ample seating for anyone watching.
Wow, took my 3 children and you can tell they are trying to keep it clean! I seen them vacuum and sanitize at least 3 times in the hour I was there lol. Let’s not forget how small business can fall short staff. Thanks for accommodating us today!
Went here for a birthday party. Party had arrived 30 minutes early to decorate. Staff had given their private room away to someone else who didn’t like where they were before they got there even though it had already been paid for and booked a month in advance. Our party agreed to just take a table but left after staff got in their face screaming and cussing at them in front of their kids. Completely unprofessional. I have been to other parties in the past and had never heard of them doing that before. The whole place is run by teens. Do better and hire staff that will be respectful. Extremely disappointed and will never be back. Haven’t been impressed in the past either when they let teens jump off walls and pick on little kids while doing nothing about it. 9/30/23 *Edit since owner wants to be nasty and is falsifying what happened… The parent was Nikki, not Nicole and she booked over a month in advance and asked to pay for the room in advance and was told to pay the day of. Also the police were not called and were not there . I was not in the building when all this happened and arrived immediately after when all the parents and the birthday boy were outside upset. To threaten to ban my family if I don’t delete this review without even apologizing or trying to come to a resolution in a professional manner shows the type of person you are and buisness you run. You didn’t even check to see if I spoke to any of your employees, which I did not. I was there to help a wonderful family after and help save a little boys birthday. Don’t worry. We will not be back. Good luck with this type of business practice. 10/1 I appreciate a more civilized response. It sounds like the ball was dropped by your staff. Also, no one ever tried to work with her. So the “nothing was good enough” is completely false. I just hope you can learn from the mistakes that happened here and it won’t happened again for future families. Too bad because my kids enjoyed it here.
went around 10am during the Christmas break. There were few early birds like me but not too crowded. Filling out the waiver ahead of time helps. Place was clean and spacious enough for kids to spread out. A couple of areas where you needed a staff member and there was 1 guy running between the 2 places. That was my only complain. There were no areas for toddlers and often times the older kids were running into the toddlers. Overall, a good place for kids to run around.
This place is awesome! The layout is great for the kids and there's lots of places for parents to hang out. Fly High is a great local business that supports our community! Valley View Elementary LOVES Fly High Trampoline Park.
Logan is a very friendly and extremely helpful. He made my day and definitely should get a raise. We would love to come back for more assistance. Love you Jerry.
Never coming to this place again… especially for a kid’s birthday party. We booked more than a month ahead of time for my daughter’s birthday just to make sure it was right. The lady didn’t book our private party room correctly in the system and they gave it to someone else. We didn’t find out until a few weeks before the party. When her party finally arrived we didn’t receive any help. The table next to us received more help than us. We had to keep asking for plates, cups, & utensils. They didn’t bring out any drinks until a hour later when we had to actually ask. They didn’t give us our cotton candy we ordered also. My daughter was disappointed about that. We didn’t receive any help with the staff during the party. Yet they already messed up our private party room booking from the beginning. The ONLY good thing was we received was a great discount afterwards. My nephew had a great birthday party at Jump Time and had help at his party the whole time. We will be going there next time.
My boys were in town for a visit and we swung in here to burn off some energy. Mid week was empty which was fantastic. Kids ran around for an hour on the hundreds of trampolines as well as the zip line. Yea I said zip line! After we got a couple of slushees and played some arcade game.
