This is private property! Trespass at your own risk! However, as a lifelong Ozzy Osbourne fan, this place is a must see. The crash site of guitarist Randy Rhoads is a piece of rock and roll history for good or bad. The once palatial mansion looks abandoned now. Sad and kinda creepy....but peek inside and it looks like GRACELAND
