Scored at this stop. They had the baked half chickens. Our favorite. Employees were friendly and the place was clean, like me now that ive gotten my shower. Oh and unlike other pilots these bathroom have all the hang hooks for your stuff. Grab a sub, get some fuel. Tight parking unless reserved spots, but got it in there.
Very clean washrooms and well maintained coffee area
Warning to all Drivers that park at fire lines you will be towed here! But this is a nice place more pilots flying j should learn from this.bob tails can park out front. On the sides not in the middle. Showers are not hot just lukewarm.
Friendly employees, but you never know if their computers are going to accept your debit card or not. And tonight was more of the same. Already running an hour late so I thought I'd stop in and get some drinks. Meanwhile you can see they're frustrated and on hold with someone trying to get their computers back up running. I don't carry cash, so I'm without drinks. Get the higher-ups involved and get this continuous problem fixed once and for all or I'll just take my business to Love's.
I work at this place for 90days, during that time there was a change of management. An the new manager Jason has completely ruined this store. He has ran off the good workers and hired on lots lizards so he can chase @$$ and do coke in the walk in cooler. He has literally ran this store into the ground. An well the kitchen staff , let's just say that if it is after 2pm do not eat anything from the kitchen because they use dirty pans and don't wash there hands. I feel bad for the staff. An here is a photo of a kitchen staff laying on the ground while on the clock, an to think this person is making food for customers. Super gross
Pretty good truck stop and gas station. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Lots of parking for big rigs and cars needing to pull off the road and take a break. RV drivers, they have a nice, wide, easy to access RV fuel lane. But there's no separate or designated parking at this location for you. You'll have to slide in among the big rigs if you want to stay here. Good sized public laundry room by truck stop standards and a comfortable looking drivers lounge.
There is not a single garbage tank behind the truck parking lot like the other Pilot Flying J truck stops, all tanks are concentrated in the Fuel Island. The staff is friendly and very professional, the showers & store are clean.
Typical Pilot/Flying J...moderately clean bathrooms/showers, bad food, garbage strewn throughout the parking lot not to mention about 1/4 -1/2 ton of gravel spread throughout. Can't drop a trailer for an hour to go pick up a prescription. Prefer the place with the . Truckstops aren't far behind brokers in this industry. 2 stars because the staff are usually nice
Customer service is bad No sugar no small cups Only keep things they weren't able to sell anymore. Terrible place just like all the rest flying J pilot have been going down hill. Look at love's nice clean never low on merchandise cups Coffee it's clean unlike pilot and Flying J And customer service is far better
Awful cleanness of shower. Looks like they never cleaned this one. I told person in charge and they send some one to clean this up with offer of free drink. But it doesn't change the fact of shower not been ready for other person to come in and take a shower.
