Almost all fuel pumps working, water at island which I really like since I have a ARI sleeper and need water, safer lot then Petro for parking a pretty clean, Dennys inside but I did not eat, lots of free parking…
The Flying J is clean the restrooms are clean as well its nice I went to get my favorite flavor of hot chocolate hot water thank you Flying J for always keeping the chocolate on check to make sure we get what we want.
Stayed here overnight. Every time I went in the store, there was a line of at least 3 people waiting. Most of the time there were more. Bought a shower,#2, and the water ran a little then stopped. Had to position the handle just right to get a large dribble of cold water. A long line for the showers too. App said I was next in line but had to wait for 30 minutes as the cleaning lady wouldn’t clear showers one at a time. She would clean 3 or 4 and then clear the showers for use. I was waiting nearby and saw the people leave. Very inefficient and creating the long wait. Told the manager about these two problems and she said she would tell the cleaner and then just turned and walked away. They clearly value their customers.
Clean bathrooms - with doors that actually shut and lock. Clean showers, counter tops had been wiped down, etc. There was a slight drainage problem, but I wasn’t in there long enough for it to be an issue. Clean parking lot and lot attendant who can be seen emptying cans and maintaining the lot periodically. Inside the store is clean and well thought out. Parking is abundant, lot of cargo vans and Semi tractors in the front portion of the lot, and still there is room to park. There are signs that say unattended vehicles will be towed after 24hours, seems reasonable - just the same, we won’t be leaving our vehicle unattended and suggest you do the same.
Nice gas station with unwelcoming, rude cashiers and managers. I usually visit the Loves gas station across the street from this Pilot. Loves didn't have everything today. So, l went to this Pilot across the street. Aryana was my cashier there. I can only imagine she must not like people of darker color since I was nothing but nice to her, and she was extremely rude to me. She asked to check my ID and said she didn't like my passport ID. I asked her if everything was okay, and she just ignored me and walked away to get a badge for the cash register. Maybe she had a bad day... but she was nice and cheerful to the three patrons that she served before me... I didn't need a smile or anything. I just wanted to buy my things and go without her drama and unusual behavior torward me. The attitude was unnecessary and uncalled for. Because I couldn't believe how upset this interaction made me, I had to go and talk to her manager about it. The manager, Brenda, just defended her and then asked me what I did wrong to make her act like that........ I'm never going back to this store again. That's all.
Horrible customer service and lack of empaty. If you are a truck driver or a trucking carrier do yourself a favor and look for a different gas station or a diferent company to use for your fleet cards, Pilot all together use to be a good company with good customer service but not anymore. The card had no issues, had more than sufficient credit and yet the card did not worked I got an authorization from THEIR client services to process the transaction and the manager refused to do it. I had to send my driver to the nearest Loves.
Fueling app doesn't work here and if you manually use your cards you won't get points. If you cant use the app, the people that work inside are stealing your points. I recommend that you go to the next Pilot Flying J
VERY BAD!!! why do they hire harmful, nasty, NOT FRIENDLY personnel?! A very thin woman with glasses does not greet her in response on principle, they approached her twice in half an hour! He looks at men with intense hatred. This kind of staff has no place in the service industry!
Was waiting in line on the convenience side, another 2 persons behind me when the cashier who was cashing out the guy in front of me said, “the line is over there in the middle” where a lot of truckers were lining up, on the diesel side. Not sure why she kept doing this to all the guest. I guess they don’t teach the difference between the convenience side and the diesel trucker side anymore. She had no name tag or even a branded logo shirt. She had nice long nails though. Last comment, please upgrade your payment system at the pumps. It’s been many many many years with having to swipe. No tap or chip capabilities. I mean it wouldn’t hurt.
0 stars. I bought fuel there over 130 gallons and parked. Then some guy starts banging on my door while I’m sleeping and tells me to move or I’ll be towed. I was in reserved parking, but there were no labels that it was reserved. I guess they needed the spot for someone willing to pay extra on top of the hundreds of dollars my company paid for my fuel. A truck stop that hates truck drivers.
