Let's not stop here. False Advertisement: The sign says 3.19 a gallon, but the pumps are charging 3.39 a gallon. Making people stop going in and buy more food. When I brought this up to the manager, her response was that I couldn't do anything but called corporate to change the pricing. That's it doesn't even offer a refund, and it's not about the 4 dollars I would have gotten back. it's how not just the Manger at the store replied, and corporate said the same thing. Lost my business forever.
It has not even been twenty minutes and I am still upset with what I witnessed and heard. My mom went inside to figure out an issue she was having with her card while attempting to pump. She got in line and we immediately noticed that most of the employees behind the register seemed rather irritated. They were talking to the customers in a very rude tone like if they didn’t even want to deal with them. A longer line started to form so one of the ladies, I’m not sure what her name was, but from the way she addressed us, I feel like she was the manager in charge. She told us to use the self check our lanes available, which some of the people in line did but my mom didn’t go because the pump itself had told her to “seek help from a cashier,” so she stayed put. She was then addressed by the same lady very rudely, and barely let my mom address herself. My mom had no choice but to use the self checkout. As she was heading to the self check out, my mom was clearly upset and was explaining to my cousin, who only speaks Spanish, the situation. The same lady possible M.I.C heard my mom and proceeded to practically shout out loud that “if it’s a certain kind of card it will not work at the pump.” I’m not sure if she thought we were talking bad about her then, but we sincerely were not Thankfully, the other lady at the self checkout was super patient and helped us. However, being someone that works within customer service I know that the way the other lady possible M.I.C was addressing customers was wrong. I understand being frustrated and or upset, but we all know we should do our best to conceal our thoughts and emotions as best as we can and treat each customer following any bad interaction with the best care. I really hope that lady possible M.I.C finds some calmness.
This place really can use some improvements, I had 2 people ahead of me and 2 hrs later still waiting, When I asked how much longer the lady said when I get around to cleaning them, by the way there were 5 dirty showers
This is a great place to stop at and refresh. It's very clean inside and there's plenty to choose from. All sorts of snacks, assorted coffee and there's even a McDonald's if you're hungry.
This place is nice and Super clean. I would highly recommend stopping here for gas or if you need to use the restrooms or a snack, they also have a McDonald's connected with them.
Nice clean restrooms, lots of snack items, some prepared food, drinks, souvenirs, some tee shirts, etc, an adjoining Mc D'Souza and of course fuel.
One of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a truck stop in over 23 years of driving. That workers were pleasant.
We always stop here on our way to San Antonio. I have to give it up to theory customer service. JUAN AND PRISCILLA had outstanding Customer Service. They went above and beyond. Also, we usually stop here for the Cinnabon. Still good as always.
These ladies go above and beyond. Their attitudes are great and I look forward to seeing them every time. They are hard workers and keep that store running. Thank you so much Pam, Jenn and Jacqueline!! 4/27/23
Very clean store. Clean restrooms! Large store with large selection of snacks or lunch and drinks. McDonald’s is connected to this store. Easy access off and on highway. Self checkout area.
