I was gonna give this place a higher rating - but I paid for Premium Wifi for 24 hours and it barely works. Keeps disconnecting on me every 2-3 minutes, then I have to reconnect. Terribly annoying and I want my money back. Also - people put their personal cars in truck spots to reserve space for themselves - then I have to go pay $20 for “Reserved Parking” because all the free spots are taken. Feels like a scam. UPDATE: someone stole my power cables tractor to trailer during the night, this was after I posted original review.
Terrible run store. First of all the parking is ridiculous. I mean come on there are drivers with truck and trailer that need parking but can't because of Bobtail taking it up or dropped trailers. A BILLION DOLLAR business needs more parking. Yall are located in CALIFORNIA so come on. Rude customer service too. No respect for drivers anymore. Sad.
Both men’s bathrooms had no toilet paper at all and it was nasty. Not that they care here. And it is mostly paid parking. Worse pilot I have ever been in and I will not come back here again even if I have to park in desert
The staff at this place absolutely sucks. They hops of showering in front of us we were leave from Thier place. They asked is loves closed, but we don't care if love closed or not , we want a shower right where I am. They try to kick us out of their place . They said it takes longer if you shower here.
I give the employees and manager there do on keeping the facility clean and the shower spotless . But when it comes down to that parking when is reserved the reserve signs should be put in their proper place at all times not piled up in a corner when you're supposed to know to dare reserve when is no labeling on the ground tried to addressed this to the manager and side but I guess she's getting paid under-the-table to let her friends park where they want to. Oh yes everyone knows when you pay for reserved parking you put your receipt and a window for these 2 campers parked in the parking lot area will you get gas for cars wears their receipt....plus you lie. Look at picture
I just arrived and its a mad parking war there's bobtail in the truck parking and the shop parking is rented to locals...hold up there is plenty of paid parking for you, though. Also regular parking, however there's alot of home time drivers and owner ops in those spots...I took a pic of a truck growing cob webs and dust from sitting so long, which needs to be in paid parking or that rented out area I think the employees are pocketing extra cash from that lmao not my problem but corporates...seriously. don't for get to check out picture, I took one but its alot of abandon empty trucks here folks...yes trailers too but not as bad as the bobtails in every other spot
They double booked my shower. Won't refund me the token. And won't let me shower my dog here. Last time I'm buying anything here. First pilot that won't let me shower my dog here. I wonder why they hate dogs.
This is one of the busier flying Jay’s what makes it convenient though is they have a An Island for primarily RVs. Usually no wait, fuel and go. If your hungry there’s a Denny’s conveniently located inside.
11.10.2022 Here for fueling passenger side fuel was broken. Lots of fueling area.
When I say small showers, be warned. Water pressure kinda slack but the temperature is nice. Front counter customer service was on point. Also, we took the last reserved spot at 4pm on a Wednesday. Get here early
