Fun place, crowded on weekends. Kids still love it. Can buy tickets on Groupon to save money

We had a great time. Groupon has a decent deal. My only complaint was the people who were supposed to be "watching" weren't watch lole they had been in previous times. We didn't run into any issues - thankfully - but one of them even had her boyfriend hanging off of her the whole time he was there - and got him a soda while the food station was closed. Doesn't make you feel great as a patron.

Fun for the kids. They are remodeling a quarter of the area and was a little cramped as a result

The dirtiest unsupervised place I have ever seen. None of the workers were doing their job. People were running all over the place and running over little ones. There were way too many people on the trampolines at any point.

The super trampolines were really fun. Kids took naps after. Win.

Use to come here a few years ago and it was wonderful. I think this place needs management. Older kids running around and no one here to enforce the rules.

I been there several times , the ppl are friendly, the kids had a ball. But it can use more wiping down tables ,chairs and sanitizing due to the amount of traffic.

Simply chaotic. Internet was down so they couldn't verify anything. Cafe is closed. Place is understaffed and filthy dirty. Skeleton crew for employees who h makes most attractions unsafe. Guess as long as they are making money they don't care.

Tricked me into a 3 month membership commitment and I don’t even live near the area so I’m being charged every month for something I won’t use. Called to cancel it and got charged again the following month.

Great experience for the kids, good service as well!
