We are doctors achieving health through fitness. Many patients initially enter our office in pain and are interested in pain relief. Our office will give an initial consultation for free to determine if our office can help with the patients goals. If we can help, we set up an initial exam and determine the treatment plan. Stages of care include:
*initial intensive care which focuses on pain relief
*rehabilitative care which focuses on re-establishing proper biomechanics and strengthening stabilizing musculature
*maintenance care which focuses on injury prevention and reaching peak health potential. During this phase, patients become pro-active with their health and think about their health before they get sick or injured. This way, if they get sick, it usually isn't as bad because they have a strong immune system to fight off disease and if they get injured, they will bounce back much quicker because they are stronger before they get injured.
We also help patients with individual goals of fitness & conditioning, weight loss or gain and sports training using a combination of strength training, plyometrics and nutritional guidance.
