Poor service on a Mahindra tractor under warranty,had issues with the tractor just a few months after purchase new after many phone calls and taken to the shop 2 times the manager treated me like I didn't know what I was doing,I even checked the owners manual for proper instructions and I was doing everything correct, Finally the tractor quit completely and it was there for 6 weeks to the day when I got it back, everytime I went to check on it I seem to get poor answers with a attitude from the manager and his son,The day before my tractor was ready I went by to check on it and I asked the manager to speak to him in private and he wouldn't have anything to do with it,I told him I want him to look at the agricultural and farm equipment lemon law,he would not take a look at it,then told me he was tired of dealing with me and Mahindra was tired of dealing with me too,also told me if my life depended on having my tractor that bad that I should have bought 2 of them......... CONSUMERS BEWARE
Poor service and the parts department is not knowledgeable at all. I go to Moneta Tractor though they are far away from me to get Mahindra service.

Bought a new Case tractor from them last fall, and that was a mostly pleasant experience. So, 5 stars for that. The air ride seat failed this spring at less than 40 hours, and trying to get that addressed has been frustrating... Stopped in mid-week 2 weeks ago and was told that I would receive a call that afternoon or the following morning to schedule the service. No call... Stopped in first of the next week and was told that I would receive a call end of that week or first of the following week about the service. It is now Wednesday of the following week and no call... Luckily, I was able to repair the seat myself, but the lack of promised calls from the dealer has been dismaying. I also heard that I was mentioned by name to another customer during this time. So, at best 1 star for service, giving them an average of 3 stars. I bought from a local dealer with future service in mind, so I earnestly hope that they will improve in that regard. UPDATE 1: Well, it's been another week since I posted my initial review, and still no phone call. I have to deduct a star. UPDATE 2: Well, another 2+ weeks have passed with no phone call. Clearly, one is not forthcoming. Another star gone... I guess that if I need warranty work in the future, I will need to contact Case Corp. to get them to light a fire under MSE. To those expecting post-purchase service - Good luck!
Great place, very friendly staff. Just purchased a new 2638 Mahindra tractor no sales pressure very knowledgeable of the product great experience looking forward to dealing with Bumper and Buckwheat in the future for all my outdoor equipment.
Great people. Bought a battery and a belt and they were very knowledgeable, and went out of they're way to answer questions and help.
