Folsom Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Folsom personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging and it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.

I have been going to Hoops Bootcamp for about 6 months, and would highly recommend it. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and design each workout to be challenging and fun. I've tried a few different gyms self paced workouts and home exercise, but have never been able to stick to a routine until now. I can definitely tell my strength and endurance have increased since starting bootcamp, and feel overall healthier. The workouts are a great way to start my day.
I have been going to classes for 3 months now. I like that the classes are only 30min & it is a whole body work out. More efficient than i would ever do on my own. Professional, knowledgeable trainers who can modify exercises as appropriate when it is too challenging or not challenging enough.
I hate working out but I LOVE Hoops Bootcamp & Fitness! This is the only place I've found that meets my needs and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I've been working out with Jason, Mike, and Von for 4 years and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in as an adult. The 30 minute workouts are challenging, you're definitely not wasting any of your time. They change daily so you're never bored and the padded mat makes such a difference on my joints for HIIT training. I was a member of Lifetime Fitness and I quit because I definitely prefer Hoops Bootcamp classes. Starting any new gym is intimidating but this place is a welcoming fitness family for all levels. I challenge you to try it out! I've never regretted my choice and I don't think you will either!
Hoops is exactly what I needed in my life - a challenging and efficient workout with a wide range of class times to fit any schedule. I leave satisfied every day, knowing that I’ve gotten a good workout. The instructors are friendly and encouraging to people at all fitness levels, and help me to hold myself accountable. I like the small class environment, because I feel like part of a community.
Best fitness class! Every workout is different and challenging! The trainers are amazing and give positive and constructive feedback to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. And it's super convenient!...classes are only 30 minutes long and there are several classes a day to choose from so you can plan your workout to fit your day!
Hoops Bootcamp is awesome! The workouts are challenging and tough, but they fly by. I love the smaller class sizes and flexible class times. The instructors keep the workouts interesting and do a great job of motivating the group through the workouts.
Best boot camp in folsom. Daily 30 minutes HIIT exercises are challenging. These classes are not like gym instead uses body weight with other fitness instruments. Love working out here. Like I say its addictive classes. Big shout for Jason & Von.
I worked out here for five weeks. It has become such an addicting experience. There is ALWAYS challenge. If you push yourself, you will definitely see results, but trust me, you will have no choice but to push yourself. 30 minutes of intensive workout with a very dedicated couch/trainer and hungry-for-fitness group. I love it. I recommend it to anyone.
After a long break with no exercise..Went to Folsom Fit Body Camp. Wow..I never thought i would be able to cop-up with a groupwhich were already fit looking but the instructor made it so simple. Within two weeks i saw the results and now more than a month into it, i can keep going through the 30 mins class without much hassle. Good that i tried before signing up for a gym!! PS: I usually dont post reviews but FFBBC deserves one!
