I used this place to help ease the burden of a move. I can say without reservation that hands down this is the best storage rental I have ever had the pleasure to use. David the in-house manager has been professional and caring. He takes pride in keeping the storage facility in excellent condition. The place is impeccable. David has gone out of his way to be helpful. I have run into him multiple times when I was moving items. He was usually doing a round of the facility or cleaning multiple units every time I came to drop off items. He always found time to stop by and check in to see if I needed any help. David's customer service and work ethic are outstanding. One can see the evidence when pulling in to the facility. Clean and in excellent order. David has made the extra space storage experience a memorable one. I will miss my interactions with him as well as my use of the facility. He taken storage rental to the next level. I looked forward to every time I used facility. It is the simple pleasures in customer service that leaves the customer happy with their decision. David accomplished this task with tact and decorum. I believe David is an asset to the Folsom facility and company. I highly recommend this facility for storage rental. It is hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with storage rental. Thank you David and Folsom Extra Space Storage! 5/5 stars!!!!!

Place is conveniently near I50 and is very clean and appears very secure. They provide platform dollies to make moving your stuff easy. Started out paying $94 a month and it steadily increased in just over 2 years to $169 for a 5 x 10 unit. Price of monthly rental outweigh the value of items stored.
There’s a guy that works there that I haven’t seen since I’ve been there. I’ve been going there for the last week back and forth. He’s been just dying to know who I am. I kept messing up on my password and I was like isn’t it, my my birth birthday and the number of my Storage he was like no come in here and let me see your ID I walked away and found my password on my card that was the first time that he seen me so the third time I’m a yesterday he seen me my password it wasn’t working so I end up going in there I’m a person I like to stay to myself. I don’t want to be bothered or watched. I get it you got good security, I shouldn’t be the spotlight asking me questions about my business. I don’t want you to talk or want you to know me.
Great people to deal with. Went out of their way to help me get a temporary storage locker. Clean secure facility.

Overall I really enjoy this storage facility, its very clean and maintained nicely. The store manager, Sean, is approachable, easy-going, and straight-forward with everything you need to know. This is my first time owning a storage unit, it only took about 30 minutes for a walk-in tour and the paperwork to be completed through google docs, which was quickly and thoroughly explained by the manager. Affordable price with flexible move-out date prices as well. I definitely feel safe with my personal belongings at this storage unit location. I highly recommend for anyone to choose this spot. I called to inquire about this particular storage facility. Concerned about the specialties of it what makes it different from other storage spots. I was concerned about accessibility, etc. I spoke with Assistant Manager, Amos Southall. He was very thorough and also addressed areas that I didn't even think about such as the climate of the unit if I am storing my TV or other appliances. I was very impressed. He answered every question I had in a very thorough and helpful way. I felt comfortable doing business with this company afterwards.
Great facility! Always super clean and well taken care of. The manager David is very accommodating and helpful with anything needed while moving/accessing your unit. Would definitely recommend to friends or family looking for a storage place
