I placed an online order with Food Dudes for a Clive's Roadhouse delivery at 4:20pm. At 5pm I received a call from Food Dudes that they did not have a driver available until 6pm and would not be able to deliver my food until 6:45pm. They offered to still call in my order for pickup, which I declined. I did receive a call from the manager after I emailed, which was appreciated, but I cannot recommend this service at this time.
We had a terrible experience last night. We had a $70 dollar meal tip and 4.99 delivery fee included in that We waited over an hour, only for me to go into the app and see the status of the order said delivered. This was NOT delivered to my home, nor was it "handed" to me as it said in the instructions. They are not easy to get a hold of and the main form of contact is through chat. Ridiculous! The company claimed we received our order and made us feel as if we were the problem. I will never order through food dudes ever again. We have a RING camera that clearly shows food was never delivered to our home. You should really believe your customers over your staff. What a joke you guys are!!! Thankfully we got our meal about TWO hours later after my husband drove up there. You owe us an apology.
Been ordering from Food Dudez for a while now. Started in Duluth and now in the Twin Cities. The greatest part is that even if I order for a group, the cold food is always cold, and hot food is always hot. I always hook the drivers up, heros!
Don’t ever use this place! An 8 dollar meal cost me 30 dollars. An absolute ripoff.
Clowns! This is a joke of a service. If you’re hungry take your business elsewhere.
