Food of Life

We decided to order an angel food cake for my wife's birthday. Food of life did not disappoint. The cake was moist and delicious. I will try the the cookies next time I stop by.

Good selection of Vegan items. Also, everything is gluten-free. I drive all the way from Galveson for these baked goods. Also, very clean bakery and staff is friendly.

WOW! When we walked in the door, we knew we found an amazing spot! I’ve never seen a GF bakery with goodies like this before! We got cookies, donuts, and cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were fluffy and delicious! The owner was friendly and helpful. We love supporting local, woman owned businesses as well. We will be back!

This is truly my happy place. I have recently rediscovered her hand pies and couldn't be happier. The pastry was so tender and the filing was flavorful. I stopped there on a Friday to get some cookies and had to try a meatball. Well, low and behold I was in League city again on Saturday which lead me to get 2 more meatball and 2 curry. If you are a fan of sugar cookies, I can't say enough about them. The frosting is the right amount of sweetness and the cookie again is tender. The thumbprint cookies are another favorite. Also the scones, the cinnamon roll Oh my gosh the cinnamon roll, the vegan twix...seriously JUST GO!!

I haven't had a good GF carrot cake in the 7 years I've had to be GF. Food of Life's carrot cake was absolutely delicious and the cake was gorgeous!!! Thank you

Absolutely wonderful baked treats. I have to limit how often I go... I will buy too much! You must try the donuts on Saturday. I also highly recommend the cinnamon rolls, pies - everything I've tried is good. I've had plenty of subpar GF baked goods, but this place does NOT disappoint!

Supe cute bakery! Very nice staff but most importantly very tasty deserts that you miss out on because you didn't know you can have them & that it can be healthy! So happy about my drive here I will be back. Thanks Food of life!!!! Gluten Freeeee

Loved the bakery! Great gluten-free and vegan options. It's kind of fun going in and just seeing what's randomly available, but I'm also able to call ahead an order a specific item. Super Delicious!

Very good gluten free, vegan options. I have tried several things and LOVE the Cinnamon Rolls and black bean hand pies. Very happy to have found this bakery! prices are very reasonable as well.
