If I could rate them lower I definitely would. New to this area and this is the closest grocery store. From the first time I walked in they gave a bad impression. The staff is completely rude with no customer service skills. They lack manners and respect. The cashiers, sackers and especially management. The prices aren’t marked correctly, they are labeled at one price and when scanned a different price. Cashiers are on their phones or talking to one another definitely not doing their job I shouldn’t be able to hear you discussing how much drugs they bought with their checks or cussing. The only good cashier there is a lady named Jo, she very fast and very great with customers. Corporate needs to make a change with this situation.
Haven't been to food town since I lived is El dorado in clear lake, but this one is HUGE so so so many options and the pricing is very organized nothing blocking aisles like boxes being stocked or waiting to be stocked. Super super impressed by the entire fruit and produce sections. Everything looked so fresh so organized almost ended up buying fruit just because how fresh looking it was, but big sticky mango during my hour drive ahead of me didn't seem like a great idea. Aaaaaaand now I'm thinking about that mango
The place is a little run down. But the selection is decent, the staff is very friendly, and they have some pretty good deals. Not my first choice in grocery stores, but it gets the job done in a pinch and it's not bad if you like shopping around for deals
Love food town have shop here 13 years already and won’t change the store very good prices.
The place was run down had a 1970 feel to it. Prices for me seemed kinda high but it was the closest store near me. saw a few people in the parking lot that looked " suspect" average Houston grocery store. You'll really enjoy shopping here...

First time in this store. Was surprised at prices, thought they were high. $2.99 per lb. For tomatoes.
I never have a problem when I go to the store it's always clean and the clerks are very nice if I need help I'm always able to get it it's a good store I recommend to go to if you're on this side
