When we work with a client in coaching, our job is to be your ally, working with you to co-create a plan to help you succeed at making the lifestyle changes that you want to make. We will work to clearly establish where you are present with your health and well-being. Using very specific coaching tools targeting your very specific needs will assist in the exploration necessary to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Once a plan is in place, we’ll work together as allies developing action steps that will lead you forward on the journey of achieving your goals in your plan. We will strategize over, under, around and through the barriers that may get in the way and work together to keep you on track. Together we will develop a way for lasting change involving accountability, evaluation, and sustainability so you can become self-sufficient in your own wellness and a master of your lifestyle plan. Our goal will be the forward movement to grab the brass ring of your lifestyle vision.
