If I could give 20 stars, I would! The store is well stocked, very neat and nicely organized. I was extremely impressed. The pleasant check out clerks Dwayne, the courteous and personable managers Jasmine, and the helpful stock personell made this store, hands down, the best and cleanest Foodmaxx I have ever seen. And i shop many of them, everyday, for my job, so i have seen alot!!
Really awesome supermarket! Complete range of items and neatly arranged,you could say that is the best market for Vallejo.
This store is like part Costco and part neighborhood Walmart! Its literally has bulk and small items and an assortment of whatever you need. FoodMaxx is an awesome place to shop!
Few associates have very good customer service. The rest needs customer training. Shelves are well organized. Everything is in place and we never have trouble looking for items. The store is clean and tidy inside. However outside, it's disgusting for quite some time now. On top of that, it very dark at night. Not very safe for women and children.
Food max is a great store. It's large with aisles fairly wide, two carts can easily fit, side by side, or pass each other easily. The store is neat, well lit, clean, shelves well stocked & well organized. The produce section has plenty of popular items. Veggies are attractive & looking nice & fresh. The employees are friendly & ready to help, if needed.
I don’t come to your property dumping trash, so don’t leave your paper spam trash all over my house.
Very clean and well-stocked store. Value products when you first go in..found the items I needed with ease..self checkout went fast. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program for your maximum savings on each product!
I shop here every other week, have for years. Only complaint is that the beer is seldom cold.
Better than Safeway, but more expensive than grocery outlet. You can find all the needed staples, and some great speciality items. Great for produce except organics. Great for canned goods, baking needs, dairy, booze, toiletries, and sodas. Meats, frozen food except ice cream, bread, and bargain bins left me wanting more. The bargain bins were gross, with products covered in dirt and grime. Overall worth it to save a little bit of money over Safeway, but not enough to turn me from grocery outlet.
The cashier gave us 3 plastic bags when we checked out, but when I came home to check the bill, I found that the number of plastic bags entered by the cashier was 8 instead of 3, so we paid an extra 50 cents for the 3 plastic bags . We are not saying that we particularly care about the 50 cents, but I strongly disagree with the cashier's approach. I don’t know if this is the cashier’s requirement of the store input more bags or the cashier’s mistake, but a lot of people will come into the store every day to shop, it’s will be a big amount of money if they’re doing this regular. We often come here to shop, but after today I am not sure if I will come here again, even though the prices here are very good.
