Foods Co

Foods co is my least favorite shopping experience that's for sure. From under stocked shelves to the sticky cranberry juice bottles, I wouldnt normally shop there unless I had lots of time to go through the one check out lane or needed a somewhat decent priced bottle of vodka. As for customer service the staff is for the most part very kind and friendly but everything else shop at your own risk and one more thing DONT BUT YOUR MEAT THERE. Go to WinCo or savemart anywhere but food co.

This is the worst place to visit on a Friday night. I was at the end of the line with near 20 people in front of me, 1 cashier, 1 security guard and waited about 10 minutes and the line didn't move at all. The SaveMart right across the street has never been that slow to add a cashier or 2 and their store is clean at least. 0 stars for just the lack of planning to keep employees on staff and to help their customers on a busy end of week night.

Best time to go is early in the morning if you can. I was off work and it worked for me today. They don't have as many cashier's on the floor at all times

Some employees are not friendly and some shopper's were not friendly at all. I'm in a wheelchair and shopper's were looking at me as if I was in their way. I wasn't and I was very apologetic if I seemed to get in their way. I think it's the whole neighborhood is not friendly.

Karla P. Is an amazing clerk at Foods Co. I had a funny experience yesterday I kept running into her , I asked her for help while she was working the produce area with finding HorseRadish sauce she admitted too not quiet knowing what it was but didn’t hesitate on helping us looking for it and we found it. I previously had asked another worker for help but he said that he wasn’t sure and sent too me aisle 3 were the sauces were but it wasn’t there he didn’t even bother to walk with me too check. I then ran into Karla at another aisle were she was helping another customer in another language . Then we ran into her at the cash register were she was politely greeting everyone and didn’t hesitate too switch languages based on the customers need. I’d give Karla a 10/10 if I could.

Although a bit high on some of the prices.. they pretty much had everything I was looking for.. except for zucchini of all things! And my Munchos Potato Crisps.. which by the way they should order it by the bulk..because I would buy every bag they have! Plus the customer service is pretty good! That you could get some smaller shopping carts please!?

Worst experience I’ve encountered. Literally was just 10 mins ago. She’s probably a new cashier? I’m not sure but Karla P name on my receipt…girl, slow down. I understand the term when it says to “take down the line” but you rung everyone up like it’s race. Customers ahead of me, they weren’t even done bagging yet and she already added my items onto the belt. After that, she turned the card machine to me. Woman, I know it’s there. But I can’t just swipe my card when the customer in front of me hasn’t even moved forward because you jammed everyone at the bagging area. Then comes to me, I’m not even done bagging, she already moved my items down the belt, crushing them together to put the customer after me, his items on. And he had to stand there to wait for his turn. Not just that, but it caused a jam at the end where us customers were bagging. Girl needs to slow down. Bags are hard to open up too so for her to rush our stuff all together down the half was unprofessional. I’ve been rung up by other cashiers there &thank goodness they’re so sweet & kind and I’ve never seen any of them rung anyone up like her. I’d give a zero star for the night if I could.

Time is money and this place is trash. Won't be long until they close. After waiting in line for 30mins I just pushed my cart full of items to the side and walked out. With all the customer adding up there was still only 2 register open and the staff just walking around like they don't care.

Prices are going up up up up exponentially, January 1st Campbell's soup was a dollar a can now in May it's $2.49 a can. All of your staple products have gone up 150% to 250%+ since January and I don't think it's going to stop there!
