Trash, I was literally here for 10 min waiting for assistance, and no one was in the store.... I had one employee look at me and walked away from me. I just walked out.
Store associates didn't hesitate to assist and very quick
Customer service is unprofessional, lazy, and just over all not a good experience. It's sad because you expect people to do what they're getting paid to do but they're on their phones and ignoring customers.

If u wanna be straight up ignored feel free to walk into this place. I work in sales and I already knew what I wanted but these associates are sad. I didn’t even notice that they’re were employees in the store because their so quite and not interested. One dude was on the phone, I guess the girl was kinda helping someone else out so I guess she gets a pass. But the dude need to give his job up to somebody who would appreciate it.
The girl in front didn’t acknowledge when I walked in. The manger and other workers were great. Always find what I’m looking for there.
The employees at the store were very hostile and rude. During checkout, the employees kept nagging me to buy my shoes despite there being no other customers in the store. I was waiting for a car service to pick me up and they said I couldn’t wait inside. Again, no one else was in the store. If you want people to treat you nicely, I recommend you stay away.
I think this location needs to train the employees to at least ask people if they can help them and know about the shoes and products of the store. I asked for a 7 in women's and purchased the shoe. Got to my sister who stays in Alexandria and realized that I have a mans 7. Shoe was too big and I told the cashier employee that I need it for a woman. Smh. The staff can do better.
I went into this location and I didn’t receive any customer service at all the girl was on her phone on the clock and young man was busy with a customer and the other young lady act like she was too busy to even help that’s why I sat in there for about 20 minutes before anyone could help and I had to walk up to them to get help and even then when they did help me it was like ok here you go and the dude went to help a female and left me there I’m like I was there waiting first and I kept my cool and yes I had them to go and get me another shoes from the back so I could get some better service but I just had enough at that point but I won’t be spending my money with horrible customer service FYI you would not be on your phone at work right
Wide selection of shoes, but the employees weren't very friendly. Seemed as if I was bothering them asking to try on a pair size 12 Jordan's, when they didn't fit, I decided it would be easier to leave the shoes and walk out versus asking for the 12.5... there are better places to get shoes...
