Despite its size, this Footlocker located at Huntington Park has a nice selection of footwear and athletic apparel, although it's not as wide as other locations, it's still fine. Since they had what we were looking for, we didn't spend a lot of time here. The place is clean and well organized; The staff here is friendly and very patient, and they gave us some very good recommendations. Prices are good, sometimes too good when there are sales. Overall, we are happy and satisfied with their attention.
Just left the store at 6:48pm And there was a tall guy with black hair and he was super courteous and informative. I wish I would’ve got his name. Good customer service is rare nowadays so definitely want to highlight it. Keep up the great work
Very clean and well kept Footlocker. One of my favorite locations and I have to drive about 15 miles to get here but it's well worth it. Staff is wonderful. Always helpful and best of all they make you feel comfortable. I have never been treated with so much respect whether it was a male or female employee at this FL location. They definitely run a great store !
The only reason I came to this Foot Locker was because they were the only store with the last pair of Nike in my size. Parking is limited. If you're lucky to find a parking space along the busy street make sure to lock your car doors. Employees at this particular Foot Locker weren't as welcoming as employees from other Foot Lockers. Their lack of energy and enthusiasm reflected in their customer service. I really like Foot Locker but I hope I don't have to visit this store ever again.
Not alot of sizes available. Despite them having alot of customers my demands were met. I'm one happy customer. Plus they had alot of good sales
I called to check on my shoes that was ordered and dropped off at this location young lady answered and Left me on hold for 20 minutes....... I called back to be put on hold again funny things is the store not that big on top of that i was left on hold until closing so I hung up to call back and ask for a manager Joseph answered and made an excuse so I asked is my order in he says yes I said and what did I order? So he just lied like he knew but had to ask me then put me on hold to go check. No good customer service skills at all ..... when I say I'm Livid I'm livid... this review shouldn't even have one star however I had to put one to write the review....
It's 11:11 am and it's closed wtffff then I passed by at 12 and still closed what yall don't want sale???????
Gaby was HORRIBLE , had a really bad attitude and told me to shop at wss or shoepalace if i did not like the way i was treated at her store.
good customer service. found the product I wanted.
