The customer service is on point, the staff greets eveyone and the staff is very helpful when I order items that may not be in store. The selection is improving as well. I visit this store often to look for deals and they do a good job of keep the red tags available.
Taylor was really helpful. I recommend asking for her if you have any questions. She immediately came and greeted my girlfriend and I. Even thought we didn’t find the shoes we were looking for, we still felt welcomed and acknowledged.
This footlocker is closing it's doors very soon, all shoes are an extra 25% off, even those already on sale, while supplies last!!!
This place is the bomb! Rudy the managers and Cristal Dylan always give me a warm welcome they are extremely helpful answer all my questions. Footlocker needs staff knowledgeable staff members like these. Thanks Rudy and Crystal!
Great customer service, so helpful and attentive.
Came in on Friday at about 1:30pm. It was not a busy time. They had employees “working” but not really. Not 1 employee asked if I needed help, they avoided eye contact. A few minutes after, an employee walked in with drinks/ smoothies. And they all seemed distracted. After waiting for 20 minutes for assistance, but received none nor any acknowledgement we ended up leaving. Went to journeys and bought the pairs of shoes I wanted. It’s so sad to see people show up to work, get paid, but not actually work.
They should close this store! Came in, no one acknowledged me and my son. I called the store while in the store and both males and female all looked at each other and walked in the back. These workers are lazy and really should fire them all and rehire, including Manager
Salesman, can't remember his name but he was great!! Unfortunately they don't carry wide Nike running shoes at these stores so it sucks that I have to order online. I prefer to shop in stores!
bought the air force 1S shoes for my daughter.. not only was it the most affordable here, i did go to 2 other stores, but the service was superb. The quality of care shows
My favourite footlocker store, the manager treats me like a family member, very respectful, nice and friendly.
