The customer service was outstanding very busy but still very helpful

Hello World, I have not been in-store to buy in a while. I always shop online. The store didn't have to many selection of Vans and Jordans I see online. It was very busy. The store should be in a bigger store front to accommodate all customers. It's to squishy trying to maneuver through the store to look at sneakers especially if you have children with him it's very hard. That's another reason why I order online but sometimes my kids want to go in and see and touch the sneaker itself. So think about that foot locker CEOs think about expanding. But the pricing is great the staff was wonderful. Have a beautiful blessed day

Lots of different choices here and exclusive choices on top of that. Customer Service was great. May was very kind and helpful.

My visit to this store was fantastic and extremely enjoyable. The sale clerk Erica was super helpful and knowledgeable. Normally I do not shop her because of bad customer service. Erica saved the day as well as the other staff members. I shopped and come home with sneakers and boots. Wonderful time.

All the great shoes you need and want are there

Says open , not! Employees in walking around 11:20 , says will open in a minute, lazy , guess nobody cares about customers

Very friendly staff greeted me and got me exactly what I wanted. Had to travel from Canada to get Jordan sandals. Cost was 58.99 US which worked out to 81$ Canadian including tax. Canada sells only a limited selection of Jordan's for 79.99 plus tax, so it was still a better deal in Buffalo.

Service was great, got right in, got my shoes really fast. They have a large variety of shoes to chose from. Great place to find your top of the line high quality shoes.
