A good store to find some perfect sneakers or boots. The prices are a little steep, but that's all shoe stores. This store is not bad. I recommend that you save $150-$200 for this place . They also sell clothes, bags and other brands here too.
Terrible experience shopping there. From the manager to the sales associates it was incredibly frustrating. Why does Footlocker hire people that make it obvious to the customers that they don’t care and are ONLY there for a paycheck- especially a A MANAGER??? Considering that stores are closing due to more frequent online shopping you’d thing that at least the manager would care about his position. I ended up shopping at Finishline and immediately saw the difference.
Looked all over NYC for the air Jordan 6 Georgetown Grey's. I called and the manager informed me they had one last pair of size 13's. I arrived the following day and rhe manager kept his word and placed the shoes on the side for me.
They had many designer brand shoes for very cheap things like Adidas, Nike, and Crocs were there. They had great solds and good customer service.
Never any shoes of significance anymore. Staff seems to be in a fog at times without really being able to help. Not many good sales either.
I wish I remembered her name because she was sooooo helpful that literally didn’t stop looking till I found the pair I wanted to purchase because I really didn’t need a new pair yet …. This is a Great spot for kicks & they always has my size in stock ….
SOLD ME USED SHOES!!!!!!!!!! My mistake for not looking at the shoes before buying them, I will never swap used for new shoes and returned them I am not broke. I am really disappointed on the staff of this foot locker and will never return there again . I never left the mall, they can even check the camaras, I went back to returned them and as expected the bald guy that works there accused me of swapping the new for old shoes, I didn't argue with him because i was expecting that reaction , but it was a horrible experience. I am not speaking bad at footlocker, but i am mad at the people who sold this to me : people buying here please check the before they take them to the front register.
Clean store,neat and organized.. Associates are helpful and not overbearing. I brought these Nikes and a pair low dunks.
Great selection and all employees are very friendly
Rude as ph_k staff. Unkempt beard coukda been homeless and he walked away instead of trying to help. P.s. there was one other customer at the time at check out. I'll never Go there again and spent over $400 .at their competitors
