I have been shopping at this location for a number of years and only buy my shoes here other than flip flops. Carol and Don the previous owners were very helpful in getting a good fit. They were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about shoes and how they fit. I have bought the inner soles for my tennis shoes and they have made a difference in the comfort. I do not know the new management yet, but plan to stop by when I need more shoes. This is the only place I buy shoes.
Overall a great experience at Foot Solutions, and I will likely be back for more pairs of shoes. I’ve been having foot pain of late and the representative, Alex, discussed my symptoms, did a foot scan, and patiently guided me through numerous shoe and insert options. He noted the benefits of a customized insert, but wasn’t at all pushy about it when I declined for an over-the-counter option. One note — I showed up on a Monday and they were closed; there was a sign on the door saying their hours had changed. Went back on a Wednesday and the great service made up for that inconvenience. Would just recommend calling the store to make sure they are open if you’re planning to make a trip there.

Foot Solutions has wonderful shoes, especially if you have difficult feet and can’t wear “normal” shoes comfortably. Their new foot scanner gives a lot of insight into why my feet hurt, and Trina was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent lots of time with me, suggesting shoes that would help my particular problems, and was sweet and funny too!
Carol measured my feet, observed my gait, and used a machine to detect pressure points and arch height. She recommended and then customized some inserts for my walking shoes. She helped me find a sandal that was comfortable and cute. She really understands what shoes are good for which foot problems. Wonderful service.
They know their stuff. Will take the time to fit u in the right shoe. It helped my knees and back
The staff was patient and very helpful. I left the store with happy feet. I thought my walking days were over. Thank you Foot Solution. I highly recommend your products.
At first I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I can't do it right now. When I came Shan was very helpful a took time to explained. He suggested couple shoes and 2 different insoles. Overall I paid more than $500. After trying one of the shoes at home - its rubbed me to the blisters. I tried to return. Trina was so rude, very unprofessional. She was suggested that I wear socks with flip-flops and I can't wear them more than a couple ours in one time. That is most reticules things I ever heard!!! Trina did not give me credit or exchange it. This was so disappointing!!! Today is 9/6/22 and i would like to change my review. Couple hours after I posted my review Trina contacted me and apologized. She also offered me to refund my money.
I Love shopping at Foot Solution. The quality of the shoes assures me of a good fit from the moment I try them on. Miss Carol and her staff are always courteous and patient when trying to select your shoe of choice
Staff was awesome and took great care in explaining the process.
