Dr. Worrell is a board certified Otolaryngologist who completed his medical and surgical training at Loma Linda University. He also holds a Masters Degree in Neurophysiology. His practice is general adult and pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, treating all diseases of the ear, nose and throat,head and neck region. He also provides cosmetic and reconstructive treatment in the head and neck region; dermal fillers, skin care, rhinoplasty, microdermabrasion, scar revision etc. Special areas of expertise are: thyroid and parathyroid surgery with minimal access techniques using continuous nerve monitoring with the use of ultrasonic technology and video-assisted endoscopic surgery with balloon dilation techniques as well as full-time computer navigation to perform sinus surgery in an out-patient hospital setting or in the office under local anesthesia in an virtually painless awake patient. It is because of this advanced training and unique skill set that he founded and is the medical director for the Snoring Allergy and Sinus Institute that caters especially to those patients issues.
