Foothills Pain Management Clinic was founded on the belief that our patients are our number one priority and we strive to offer the highest level of pain management. This is done through a mutual relationship between our certified pain management doctors and patients, and bridged through the efforts of our qualified, friendly staff
Our board certified physicians will evaluate every new patient with the goal of relieving pain through conservative medical treatment, while focusing on minimizing the dependence of opioid medications and increasing pain coping skills. Each treatment plan is mapped out to detail the patient’s needs and with the goal of improving our patient’s quality of life, functionality, emotionally and socially, so that our patients get well-adjusted to their daily activities and get back to normal daily living

Our West Covina Office is off the 10 freeway across the street from Queen of the Valley Hospital and a convenient drive for patients from West Covina, Covina, La Puente, Baldwin Park, Azusa, Glendora, El Monte, Duarte, Arcadia, Monterey Park, Whittier, Monrovia, and Pasadena
Our Pomona Office is off the 10 freeway across from Pomona Valley Hospital and a convenient drive for patients from Pomona, Claremont, Montclair, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, City of Industry, Rowland Heights, Walnut, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights, Fontana, Victorville, High Desert, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties
