First off, they should tell you online that the EMT shirts are ONLY men sizes not women. So I ordered a medium thinking it would fit me I'm a female. It fits me like a dress! So I called and they were very nice about me ordering 2 smalls and letting me return the mediums when I get to Florida. I ordered them on a Thursday with the 2 day shipping which was very expensive because I am running out of time because I am moving and need them delivered ASAP. Today is Monday and not even a confirmation email that they have been shipped. I had to call and they say it will be going out by the end of today and I will get it Thursday. I am appauled that it is literally taking a week for them to have it sent to me! Especially when we paid extra amount for the 2 days shipping fee!! If they don't ship on Saturdays they need to make that very clear!! I wouldn't have ordered it and spent all that extra money for shipping it if I had known it would take a week!! Very disappointed in this company so far! I won't be ordering from them again.

Quality products, but their voicemail states, "leave a message, we'll return your call...." However, they dont return your call. I left a voicemail and four days later another. I didnt get a return call.

Hours not very convenient but they have most of your deputy uniforms and accessories.
