My info is a bit dated considering I went from 1981 to 1984. My sister, who is 18 years younger than I, also went to Ford. We even had the same kindergarten teacher. Mrs. Sneed. That being said, we both have fond memories of the place. It is unfortunate that I hear many schools are experiencing gang problems etc. But I refuse to believe that to be the case with a school whose oldest "gang" member would be 7? 8? Blame the parents, not the school or its teachers. It's not their job to fix 5 years of poor parenting.
My daughter goes to this school an she loves it. The teachers are great an have really worked with her. She is in 1st grade an almost at a 3rd grade reading level.
I was a studen at the school two years ago and the school provides a lot of racism and also has bullying and the most of the teachers didn't even pay attention
