I have been looking for "The car" for a year! I went to Stivers Montgomery, and drove out a happy person. Many other lots, other states even and landed right back at home where I started! Can not recommend them enough. This makes 2 vehicles in 13 months and this will be my only stop now!

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to expedite the delivery process on a Saturday afternoon, allowing me to take possession of my vehicle earlier than expected.Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and were genuinely concerned that I was satisfied.

Stivers was the best car dealership I’ve purchased a vehicle from to date. Even though I live 4 hours away, they worked with me like I was at the dealership. They were quick to respond, easy to talk to, and were hard working. The back and forth deals/negotiation, signing of papers, and delivery of the vehicle were seamless and treated with care. I worked specifically with Joc Beard, and he was very kind and relatable. He went to bat for me and seemed to truly care about my family and I. Next time I need a vehicle, I will purchase from Stivers again.

Missed buying a vehicle due to mother passing and it sold the next day anyway. Overall started as a good experience but when asking the dealer for the newer version of the buyers order for an argumentative point in terms of me selling or trading they just want to give the runaround. I understand not wanting to help another business but gives me a basis at any dealer, including them if something does come across the lot again. Offered really great on trade in, seems friendly at first, and maybe a great experience. But as of and for now I have to give a low review due to my new experiences. Pended to change in the future

Had a very good customer service experience at Quick Lane. I got an appointment on next day diagnostic tech was available. While the car was in for service, the Customer Service Rep, Artavious, explained the issue and needed maintenance, all of which were within my expectations. Additionally, the costs he quoted was almost to the penny. When I picked up the car, they were great in bringing out the service tech, who gave me a great run down. The Customer Service was as it has been in the past great!!
