I purchased a vehicle yesterday from this dealership. I must say that I was extremely impressed with how it’s staff managed and guide me through the purchase process. The customer service was A++. I could not have been happier with my car buying experience and cannot thank this dealership enough for finding me the car of my dreams! The Koons team really took care of me from start to finish, making the typically grueling car buying process an easy one. Asly is an amazing salesperson and made it feel like I was purchasing from a friend. She really listened and worked with me; she was not only very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but she was very patient. I had been hopelessly shopping around for months for a Bronco that had everything that I wanted, and after nearly giving up, she found me exactly what I wanted and more. Al and her then worked with me on the numbers and made sure the purchasing process was seamless. I am so incredibly happy with my purchase and cannot recommend this dealership enough!

I’ve been to a few dealerships and I can confidently say this is the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. For me, they were able to chat ahead of our meeting to find the right car, and have it cleaned/detailed, gassed and ready when I got there. And when I forgot something in my trade-in, they had it found immediately and mailed overnight. I can’t think of a better car buying experience! I purchased my 2020 Chevy Traverse from Koons Falls Church and not long after the purchase the engine went out on the vehicle. I made a huge mistake by not buying the service plan. However, the dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into another vehicle and provided me with a loan we vehicle. Colin the sale rep was so kind and knowledgeable which help me as I was not feeling so good about losing the other vehicle. JO THE finance rep was amazing too...thanks koons
I was initially nervous about buying a bronco after reading some stories online, however, I'm glad I decided to reach out to get more information, as I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The entire process was amazing and I seriously felt valued the entire time, from my initial call to driving off the lot. Everyone I met at Koons treated me with the utmost respect and made it a great experience. Shuvo has been an amazing resource and kept me informed through the entire process and delivery, I'd highly recommend working with Shuvo if you are interested in buying a new bronco. Patrick was great at helping me understand the overall process and showed me some tips and tricks on the test drive. Dean was great at helping me finalize the last bit of paperwork and helped me understand the process of titling and tagging. Honestly, everyone I met at Koons was great and based on the sample of people I worked with, I'd assume everyone is great!
