Absolutely do not come here. I came in to get keys made. I got 9 keys made and only 3 worked. The owner said he would make it right and absolutely did not. They were for special locks where each key was $10. I asked for a refund and he would not comply. I believe in customer service and making it right and this was not that.
Cashier is very abusive, stole my money. Never gave me my keys. Don’t come here!
Old time small town hardware feel with 98% of the time having what I need. Pricing? ....well you can't put a price on the personable service I receive when I go there, makes one want to return & avoid the Big Box mayhem stores!
The only Hardware store within miles only thing is they don't have any Sheet Rock
Iv known them for a long time. Most of the times I came here things went well.
Shameem is a really nice guy and hard worker. He’s passionate about plants and the business as a whole. Thank you for your help!
I needed potting soil. He had a several options and he recommended one that happened to be the cheaper option because he said it was nice and light. Very helpful. I always prefer to shop small local businesses--makes for a better neighborhood.
I don’t know how this place hasn’t gone out of business. They never open & close as scheduled . .
There's a reasonably good amount of inventory here. Check before you trek off to The Big Shelf store. If it's a household repair chances are he's got what you need; especially the smaller specialty items. He wasn't sure what I needed by the description but after I showed him and some considerable searching he finally came up with the item. It took a while and I was ready to give up but he hung in there and found it. Personal service, convenience and reasonable prices; the neighborhood mom and pop store.
The manager was very helpful in assisting me with the exchange of a defective product. If you're in the neighborhood, it's definitely worth a trip - to support your local small business, and to minimize your travel time.
