Awesome place, thank Dr. Patel and staff for treating my shoulder. It saved me the agony of going to the emergency room and spend endless hours there. This clinic has great doctors and staff. They do most of the medical tests on site, EKG Blood tests etc. Give them a chance you will be happy with medical treatment. PS Ignore the bogus negative reviews.

My husband and I have been patients here , for myself I have been a patient for 15 plus years , my husband about 7 yrs. Every thing was good until #1. They don't take my now insurance but they take my husband's. Dr. Desai 15 yrs ago I refused to see him because his bedside manner is horrible, my husband saw him a couple days ago because our Dr is on a LOA Dr. Desai spoke to my husband and MENTALLY ABUSED him so bad. Why in the Hell will you tell a patient so nonchalantly that " you will be dead soon, you will be having a heart attack soon" and he told him that he was trying to kill himself. My husband was so distraught by the way that Dr talked to him that he has been depressed since he left. He says he is scared now. Granted my husband is insulin dependent diabetic but this is not a death sentence and if it is there are better ways to say things to people. He will not be seeing him again I will find him another medical doctor that promotes hope and healing to their patients not fear and depression. I am so mad at this point. I am seeking advice from a lawyer for Mental Anguish..

11/7/2018 Wow first time calling this place as I had to change doctors and the woman on the phone for appts was rude! I was calling to make my first appt at this place. After reading all the reviews on this place I decided just to trust this place despite all the warnings about how rude and unprofessional they are and BOY THEY WERE RIGHT! The woman was talking extremely loud and sounded just cold and would try and talk over me when I would ask a question. Sounded in a rush to get me off the phone. Also she said someone will call me back to schedule an appt? Shows me nothing was done about these rude women and I will not go to this place I would have to just wait another month to be seen by a doctor because I'm calling to change doctors! Someone needs to educate these women about the proper way to treat patients. I will go elsewhere I should have listened to the reviews that warned me to stay away! SMH

Doctor Patel is a straight talking GOOD guy, He takes excellent care of me. I never write reviews, but I really like this Doctor, and his staff are all caring people.

Been going there for 5 or 6 years. Nice staff, good doctors all of whom have a genuine concern for your health and quality of life.

Don't go here. The staff are very rude to you. Doctors are nice but those "want to be" nurses in there are the rudest people I've ever met. Avoid this location.

Worst health care facility ever , they are rude and disrespectful , they even hung up on me , so i called my health insurance company to tell them what had happened and my insurance company said that they will call them to fix the situation and to hold on the line so they could call them , well when my insurance representative came back to me she said the they where a little snarky with her to and also hung up on her as well . and that they will be changing my PCP as soon as possible . i like to say that the doctor is not bad , but his staff pretty much have the run of the place and they do him no justice , my advice is stay away from this place its not worth the stress and headache.

Because they are friendly and kind get you the answers you need always kind to you love the Dr and nurses there

Doctors are outstanding front end ppl have a lot to be desired.
