Forest Park Church

My husband and I love this church. We started a couple of months ago. The messages are wonderful. Everyone should feel very welcome. We give everything a 10 plus. The music is an awesome worship experience. If you are looking for a church home we recommend them.

Not my cup of tea, but everyone was welcoming and friendly! Very loud rock type music with repetitive lyrics posted on the screens around the sanctuary. Probably younger people would like this church more. I prefer traditional gospel music or high church music and services. Seats are comfortable and not cramped. Plenty of parking, and they even have a coffee bar in the lobby run by a local restaurateur! Great addition to this rural area, and I'm so happy my brother and sister in law found a church family they love!

I grew up in church and eventually turned away from it due to many factors that I'm sure several can relate to. I absolutely love this church and its leaders for their welcoming and understanding of imperfections. Their approach is to focus on the broken with an empathic understanding of "human beings" versus molding anyone to resemble a perfection that doesn't exist. Humble and open arms to any and all. I hadn't attended church, on my own, since I was a teenager. Now in my early 30s I can finally say I found what I had been praying for...or I should say I was brought to this place for a reason. The entire experience from the heartfelt greeting at the entrance to the praise and worship to the powerful sermon delivered by Scott was worth the trip from where I was staying in Kill Devil Hills. Their Love and Service was palpable and real.

Love this church. They make you feel so welcome. They even have saturday night sevices during the fall. They have good youth services there also!

Down to earth folks, great uplifting environment!

The "leaders" of this business, make no mistake, it is a business that takes from you $ and free labor, are guilty of pride, sloth, gluttony, envy, wrath, and greed. Better of going to a Catholic Church, at least they don't pretend.

Excellent preaching. Pastor Tullian is very biblical all the time. Keep going with the word of God !
