I have lived here for 23 years. Beautiful and affordable place to live for a mobile home park. Great place to live as long as have a great landlord. Currently we have a good one who has realistic expectations and is kind. Just communicate with him and he does what he can. He also keeps an eye out to protect our children, which means a lot to my kids and me. He cares and that means world to us.
Beautiful place to live. My family and I adore it here. Just look at my backyard! :
Our daughter moved into a modular home at the park. Literally right next to the Gallintin River. There are a lot of trees and open spaces. There's a walking trail that follows the river. There are several community places and a small playground. Nice friendly neighborhood.
More expensive than it was 3 days ago. Still half broken trees overhead
Quiet park in the trees and along the Gallatin River. Very affordable. Great place for kids.
Location, location,, location...this place has an ideal one...right at the edge of the Bozeman Madness, right on edge the river. It offers one of the few places in the Valley a person can start out. "Reasonable", pricing and good neighbors is the big draw but to find a lot # is a challenge ta stay the least. Just start over and re number them into some kind of logical sense, some kind of order. The whole random placement kills the "sain" people live here vibe...or take the time to update Google maps as to the actual location of lots...which you could do, would take maybe a day or 2, but you could.
My daughter lives there and she feels like she is camping next to the river.
I live here it's the most beautiful relaxing place. I llove it outt here.
