If u care for a love one don’t send them here. I had a love one in here for almost 3 years when she went there she was walking and in about a year she went downhill from there they always have excuses why they can’t tend to their residents like being short staffed my family member had went almost 2 weeks without a bath after being told about it. They let her lay in a bed instead of sending her to a hospital which she had spent nine days in a hospital because she was very sick. There food is nasty. They are always getting new workers. I could go on an on but I will let it at this
Stop by to visit a lady. You now have to sign in by a electronic device. It takes your picture. It is very short. Tall people like myself has to bend down. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. No dirty floors. Lots of parking.
Facility was covid cautious and proactive at check in, staff was masked and had visitors wear masks. We were only there for a few hours; however, facility and rooms appeared to be clean. Staff was attentive and informative about clients day thus far during their shift.
Outstanding nurses and aids they the best get it done as to what needs be done for patients. We thank you for all you do for patients on daily operations. God bless.
Very nice and clean place. When I arrived to visit a friend, the staff was serving dinner and they were very nice and sweet. Nice job!!!
This establishment is so welcoming! From the front desk to HR; it was a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, I could see the level of care given there and was very impressed!
I have been with this company for over 2 years. It is a great place to work! We truly care about our patients and doing what is best for them! We have a great physical therapy team and our nursing management team is experienced and care motivated!
I went to see my grandfather today @ Forest Park today. I work next door at Thornwald and our nursing home is the Hilton compared to that place. My grandfather was laying in the same sheets the EMS brought him in for hours. No nurse, cna, came to check on in. He is a diabetic and the nurses did not check his blood sugar. My mother went out to ask for wipes to atleast get him washed up and she got a “the aide will be in after dinner.” HE GOT THERE before 2pm and dinner is or 6!! That place is so disgusting. From the smell to the looks of everything. Thank god he is only there for a week!!!! I do not recommend this home to ANYONE! Their food I wouldn’t even serve a wild animal. My grandmother asked the nurse for a urinal and he didn’t even know where they were. The beds are awful, there were dried up stains on the wall, and technically beds shouldn’t be up against the walls unless care planned. I am an aide of 10years and I don’t care how short you are! DO BETTER!!!!!!!
The staff is great with the residents and the visitors. They made me feel welcome all the time I was there.
Everyone is very kind and wonderful with communication! My father has been in this facility for three and a half months, and we have had nothing but a positive experience!
